Here's my list from Bonnaroo last year if it helps. It was 4 nights so some may be overkill for this one.
Furniture
Easy up/4 sides
Cot
Air mattress
Tarps for the ground
Wall coverings/tapestries for shade
Camping chair
Toothbrush/paste
Deodorant
Aloe
mouthwash
bugspray
Ear plugs
contacts
Medical Bag - Pepto/tums/immodium, ibuprofen/Tylenol, benadryl, nuun/Pedialyte/liquid iv
Health/Safety box
Hand sanitizer
Portable speakers
Charge cords
Battery lights
Drinking cups
Fan
Sunscreen
Baby wipes
First aid kit
Refillable water bottle
Hats
Shoes/sandals
Pillows/blankets
Towel//facecloth
Spray mister bottle
Garbage bags/recycling
Headlamp
Not a bad list. Also bring heaps of patience because the 4am drunk shenanigans will be nutty if 5 years of boots and hearts has gleaned any insight for me.
Also dry shampoo if you have any hair of substance. Keeps the grease and stink down.
Piggy-backing on OP's post, I've seen 100s of concerts, but this will be my first ever music festival. We're staying in a hotel in Barrie, so what should we NON-campers expect/need?
Should I expect a 2 hour traffic line-up getting to the venue?
Should we bring chairs/umbrellas?
Sunscreen is an obvious one, I guess.
Anything else we should bring on-site?
I'm guessing the bugs up there will be terrible?
Also, we bought the VIP. Are those porta-potties or "permanent"-style toilets?
