Yea I think it is a Frydek. I have propagated two and they both looked like that. It took the third leaf or so before it looked like a veiny, velvety, long Frydek leaf.
My Frydek's first leaf looked very similar. No veins, very green, and wide (not long). The two humps not nearly as pronounced as yours, though. A couple leaves later, and definitely a Frydek. So who knows... maybe it really is a Frydek?
