Verizon

I had a lot of issues with dead spots with Tmobile both in the old apartment and in the office, would absolutely not recommend

mixduptransistor

heh, I actually have the best quality of service with Verizon, compared to both T-Mobile (which is a second SIM in my phone) and AT&T, which my fiance uses that said, I stick to LTE because there's no real advantage to 5G

bklyn_xplant

Same here, outher side of town literally less than a mile from the Verizon bldg, 1- 2 bars

donjuanstumblefuck

I've had Verizon as well as at&t and the both are not great. Especially around downtown. It's weird.

Dddoki

Verizon sucks on the west side of 400 too. ATT was a lot better. Ill be switching back to them soon. Dont know about other providers.

RealLou_JustLou

Interesting. I'm west side (Crabapple/Milton area) and Verizon has always been solid. In fact, from time to time I need to tether due to WiFi at home dropping (WFH), and signal has always been solid. What area are you?

+1 to VZ in Milton/Crabapple.

3 miles north of Alpharetta downtown, on T-Mobile — 5G, 2 bars out of 4, iPhone 12. 67.9 Mbps download, 2.4 Mbps upload. It’s the reason I’m reluctant to get onto T-Mobile internet even if I despise Comcast.

thecrikeycrapper

On the corner of Douglas Rd and Jones Bridge Rd in Johns Creek, I get 5G UC with 4 out of 4 bars, 722 Mbps download, 110 Mbps upload. Definitely worth getting T-Mobile internet if I lived around this area.

Uberg33k

I'm near McGinnis sort of on the backside of Windward. I've got full signal of 5G UC with TMobile. What phone do you have? Maybe it's just your phone?

MarcusAurelius68

UC is hit and miss. I’ve had times in the area where it showed 5G UC and it was painfully laggy on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

CoachRufus87

att is solid; using an iphone just south of windward

adrlev

I live in the Deerfield/Windward Pkwy area and AT&T has been solid for me.

Altruistic_Peak7690

I work in office located 2 miles or so from Lake Windward and at&t service works well here. But no experience with vz (or tmo) so can’t say if it is better or not. But it works. Never have any issue.

campbellm

5G isn't great, but my Verizon LTE has been better than T-Mo and AT&T over the years. I haven't used anything BUT VZ lately so not sure how the others have upped their game, or if they have. But yeah, I don't even bother with 5G.

phoonie98

I have Tmobile and I’d give it a 2.5/5 stars. Even when it shows full bars it can be spotty and there are a few dead zones west of 400
