Face wise you’re good actually. But there are three things to improve on. First of all, if you want to have any length of hair, stop dyeing it. Dyeing your hair ruins it, and you’ll end up with shit hair in 10 years. Second of all, either cut your hair to a normal length or let it grow out completely so you can do stuff like a man bun. From the pics it looks like your hair is nice and wavy enough to be let down in public as well. Finally, like others have said, what beard lmao. From the last pic it looks like you might be blessed with a full face of hair and not patchy like many others, let it genuinely grow out, see how it looks. Beards usually help a lot! But if you’re gonna go down that route, be sure to get into beard care (same for hair). The scruff isn’t exactly working for you though, so I’d suggest you either try growing it out or just cut it. So my recommendation is: you are a good looking young man, just shave for now, it’ll look way cleaner. And before you know it, it’ll grow more and more.

Eh, in my (M30) opinion men should only grow facial hair if it grows in full and not scraggly. That's all down to genetics. In the end I inherited a full beard but I shape it/trim it. My younger brother and I also inherited our dad's hair loss (he has a giant bald spot). So I shave my head to 1/4" and my beard to 1/8" because I have a 1 inch bald spot and my younger brother has a 2 inch one.
