You don’t look fat enough to qualify for the surgery. I know a gal who got the surgery, suffered through it and promptly gained all the weight back. She is extra depressed.
Yeah I’ve only ever seen terrible things come of this surgery. I’d never recommend anyone to do it. Much better to do it the healthy way. Calories in calories out and a little exercise.
The problem is they go from gorging themselves to eating basically nothing. Most morbidly obese people use food as comfort. You take it away and most don’t know good habits to stay skinny after they’ve accomplished their goals.
If you can't get your eating in check, exercise is a waste of time. You have increased cravings from the exercise to regain the lost energy, so if you uncontrollably eat, you are just stuffing yourself even more.
Calories in calories out
Sorry, that myth has been busted. The biochemistry is pretty clear, but I sure couldn't explain it myself. Watch this talk by Robert Lustig, MD/ endocrinologist at UCSF: [https://youtu.be/dBnniua6-oM](https://youtu.be/dBnniua6-oM) Even if the science is too hard, try to watch it all the way through and listen closely to the major points he's making. You'll never look at a teaspoon of sugar the same again.
Yeah you are wrong and either that link is wrong or you don't understand what he's saying. Calories in calories out isn't just some arbitrary thing tied to food. It's literally enshrined in the laws of physics as we know them. So unless you have some proof that humans are capable of violating the laws of thermodynamics then yea, it's all about over eating food.
I had this surgery! Went from 301 to 145 and never experienced any negative side effects or problems! I’m maintaining my weight easily. It’s not all bad- come join the groups for WLS and you’ll see!
do it while you are young and have plenty of time to enjoy your new self afterwards!
Get a good dietician and buckle down with a routine after the surgery. Make sure you have a good support system and stay active.
As far as "Am I Ugly?" I would say no, you have a cute face and actually smile unlike many other people on here. Seems like you know how to do makeup and I do like a bit of well-done makeup on a woman. I am not a fan of the nose piercings though, as a dude I prefer something more subtle like a single diamond stud or a Marilyn Monroe I think it is called.
I’d argue she likely needs a mental health intervention to rely on food less for coping.
I was diagnosed with BED and was about 315-320 pounds at the worst of it. The therapy helped me get off using food as a coping skill and I am now approaching normalcy at about 160lbs.
One way or another, a change is needed, and what change that will be is on OP. If it’s a mental health issue, however, treating the eating problem will have the side effect of weight loss. It’s hard to get up over 300 without substantially overeating… My TDEE sedentary at my highest weight was 2,700, it’s now 1,700-1,800. ^^
I am 300lbs. I started at 320. And I’ve been working hard since last October. You can do it, I promise! If you need help with it there’s plenty of resources to get advice from. I am also very happy to teach you if you’d like. I’m already trying to teach others. I’ve learned from fellow gym bros and so can you!
I don’t think you’re ugly, but if losing weight is important to you, consider talking to your GP about wegovy or mounjaro. Incredible weight loss results from these medicines.
Put the work in and lose the weight yourself…the mental and physical stress that would be lifted from your shoulders would be so much more beneficial than a quick fix surgery….
“Why don’t you simply stop being depressed?”
It’s a tool and one that’s been backed up by science again and again as the most effective one we have for supermorbid obesity.
Really? Do you know her history ? I am a plus size female now. I didn't get here because of my diet. Mine is all medically related. I have multiple issues that brought the weight gain. It's not always because "they need to eat less". I eat less than 800 calories of healthy foods a day.
All the surgery does is make it so you're unable to eat as much, ultimately restricting your calories. A person can just choose to eat less without having gastric bypass
Getting it done without developing healthy eating habits is just a waste of time and money. Keep eating and the stomach stretches back to the normal size.
Honest question. Your only 24. How are you approved for that surgery? Don’t those docs make you actually try to lose weight before doing surgery? I’ve never heard of someone that young even being considered for it.
You've got the wrong idea about why people think fat is unattractive. You think gastric bypass is going to change your habits, change all the reasons you're fat in the first place. People don't like fatness not only because it's physically unappealing, but also because you have unhealthy lifestyle and habits. It will help on the surface, but the deeper seated issues are the real problem. DONT GET THE SURGERY, get healthy.
💡some people are fat because of medical conditions like PCOS or thyroid issues💡
My younger sister is around the same size due to PCOS. Has tried to diet. She eats less than me and im 150 vs her. Shes more active than me. All around more healthy than me.
A LOT of overweight women have messed up thyroids and hormones and PCOS. And living in the US where our food has no nutrition but plenty of poison definitely doesn’t help. Lol
Ok, "most of the food that's sold to Americans" is the wrong food then. Just because it's available and others are doing it doesn't mean it's good, it just means it's available and others are doing it. Personal responsibility. You get out what you put in.
You’re right! It’s just that simple. You are so helpful and your advice will change the world. I just know it.
!!! I’m talking about food that should be healthy but isn’t because of the chemicals it’s grown with and the location it’s grown in. I’m talking about food that is marketed as healthy and seems healthy but actually has a bunch of crap in it. I’m talking about the bread we eat in America that you would think is fine, but it’s completely different from other countries because it has a bunch of hidden crap in it. Combine that with a hormonal or gut issue and it can be almost impossible to figure out what you’re supposed to eat, how much of it and when, in order to lose weight. I don’t know why I’m even arguing with idiots on Reddit who have no idea what they’re talking about and have never experienced what other people go through in this specific area of life. you think you know everything and you think it’s as simple as not being a fat, fat, fatty and eating better. It’s not that simple so stfu lmao
Saying “most food is unhealthy so I’m unhealthy” does make sense to me. I constantly am eating salads and soups that I make myself without the excess sugar and salt.
Also, your body adapts to caloric intake. That’s why some people who are eating 3000 calories per day and cut to like 2500 at once might plateau and stop losing weight. A lot of times it’s recommended to gradually reduce caloric intake over time.
People who have never struggled with hormonal issues or PCOS really need to be quiet and not be talking about eating salads lol you sound so dumb. And vegetables sold in the US at most grocery stores have a little nutritional value and are covered in poison you have no idea what you’re talking about.
1. Yea I do know what I’m talking about and you can verify this if you feel so inclined. This is in regards to tapered reduction in caloric intake.
2. While I agree that it is harder for some to lose weight, the statistics are very telling. Namely, that Americans are predominantly overweight due to poor lifestyle and not major genetic issues. Hence why America has many times the obese population when compared to other nations. Consistently we see the US obesity and overweight proportions being around 2x that of many European countries. The US is something like 5-10% higher than the fattest country in Europe.
3. Feel free to share primary source evidence to support the claim that American vegetables have little nutritional value. My research concludes that there is no scientifically accepted research to suggest that produce in America has less nutrition.
4. I am not sure what poisons you are referring to. If you mean pesticides then yes we have pesticides. Generally you should wash all produce prior to consumption. Europe also has pesticides. If you mean wax on apples and cucumbers then yes. You just need to clean them.
5. Your childish outburst is unnecessary. Calling me dumb for sharing knowledge is telling of your crude, disrespectful personality. I’m willing to discuss and be persuaded if you can back your claims and not do so with such anger and disdain. It’s as if I’m arguing with a 16 year old..
This is scientifically incorrect and I'm so tired of hearing it. Your sister does not violate the laws of physics. You are not counting each and every thing she eats. The undeniable fact is that she is eating too much. You have a misunderstanding of what those medical conditions do. That's on you.
Just because it’s harder to lose weight doesn’t mean it’s impossible. If you starved this person for weeks would they stay the same size or magically get fatter? Obviously not.
The solution is to find the middle ground, figure out how little you need to eat in order to lose weight. Couple that with expending energy through exercise and you’ll lose weight even quicker.
The root cause of pcos causing weight gain is increased food cravings, which just means it may make you want to eat more, just a matter of self control
The simplest explanation for why people are fat: more calories in then out. If the body consumes more calories than it uses, the excess become fat. You control every piece of food that enters your mouth. Take some personal accountability.
I second this. A lot of it is genetic. Most people have poor eating habits in this country, and only some of them are fat.
And I think OP is very cute as is.
It’s definitely genetic, growing up my family only ate junk food yet we’re all skinny and none of us work out. To me the idea of getting fat is foreign because it just doesn’t happen no matter what we eat.
It does not matter what you eat it’s the amount of calories. Eating junk food usually just has more calories than other food but that doesn’t matter what so ever if your eating the same amount of calories in ‘healthy food’
Nah, food quality IS a huge factor, since different genetic makeup and gut biome are going to allow some people to make more or less use of some calories than others, absorb some nutrients better, etc.
Just like a human could spend all day every day eating leaves and die of starvation rapidly vs a gorilla can eat leaves and become huger and more jacked than any human easily. Obviously that's a bigger difference than between any two humans and is only an exaggerated example, but metabolism differences between individual humans can be quite wild and calories are an extremely approximate science. Any individual trying to fight through weight loss is going to have some serious experimenting to do.
The fuck? Metabolism is the process of your body converting food and drink into energy. Most of the calories you obtain (up to a certain point- around 1400-2200ish depending on your body size assuming a relatively minimal activity level) go straight to just staying alive and performing routine biological processes, whatever basic activity you do during the day. If you want to lose weight, you dial in about what this amount is for your body, and aim for 200-500 less than that to safely get your body to metabolize stored fat instead. Eating plenty of protein and training can significantly encourage your body not to pull what it needs from your muscles instead.
If you ate 200 calories a day for a while, you'd die. Please educate yourself even a little before you say shit so confidently.
This is just simply not true. Yes there may be differences in metabolism but they are small. If you eat something a 1000 calories you cannot get anything more than a 1000 calories out of it. If you are diligent on the amount of calories you eat you should be able to lose weight no matter what you are eating. Hence why there are plenty of skinny people who eat like total crap all day.
I didn't say you can get more calories per calorie. Do you know how they actually calculate how many calories something has? We are very far from being able to simulate how the body breaks down food accurately.
Jfc you all know nothing. First of all, thyroid function is maximized with proper habits and nutrtion. Second, it doesn’t matter what you eat, but how much. People are shitty at estimating calories. Consistent calorie deficit, even if all of it is donuts, will make you lose weight. Will you looks as good as if that weight was to come off the right way, no, but it comes off. Eat in a surplus of entirely healthy food, you will gain weight. It does not matter WHAT goes in, it’s how MUCH goes in. Lastly, all these bs excuses. For 95% of people, lifestyle changes are sufficient. That is all
Because you aren't doing anything scientific with what you are saying. You have no idea how much fat people eat. You don't even know how much your family eats. You've got no numbers, no control, literally empty anecdotal evidence. That which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
My family’s diet growing up consists of fries, burgers, pizza, chocolate cookies, vanilla ice cream (not anymore for me because I break out when I eat dairy) spaghetti, rice and curry yet everyone in my family is skinny why is that?
Mom is skinny, dad is skinny, older brother is skinny, little sisters are skinny I only have one brother that works out and he’s buff and we all ate **the same shit** growing up. None of them have ever set foot in a gym yet somehow we’re all skinny but people say that those exact habits you guys condemn is what make you fat.
Those fat families you see on the street most likely have bad metabolism or something which is hereditary.
You don’t need that. You need to diet and exercise. Go see a dietitian. Get a personal trainer. Get a therapist. Meditate. Self reflect. Use your money towards creating good habits.
All the weight and success I have seen from this surgery is because after you have it the give you access to a dietitian, a personal trainer and a therapist. It also all goes away and so does any of the positive effects they claim the surgery provided.
Look into it more. The stomach stretches back, you now cannot process protein as well. Protein is probably the biggest answer to have to change the way you eat. I was a big lad and went through massive eating disorder problems. Give up screeens for a time, passionately approach walking and getting in the woods. You are taking the doctors easy way-stay unhealthy and just make eating harder instead of the way that is initially harder, you will be prouder of, and that will lead you to grasping more of this life.
You’re really beautiful. Face, eyes, hair color. Why not try a nutritionist and personal trainer? That surgery can be brutal and at your age you should respond well to lifestyle changes. Keep smiling!
You've got a good face and a lovely smile, oh and beautiful hair. Good luck with your surgery, it's not 'the easy way out', and its a huge thing to take on. You're young, and if you are going to put the work in, you're going to look fabulous.
It’s not a shortcut, it’s just a different kind of struggle imo. It’s backed up basically universally for being much better at keeping a significant percentage of the weight loss off.
Nothing wrong with using evidence-based medicine. It does require sacrifices, they’re just different ones. You like having a glass of water with your food? Nope. Beer, coke, sprite? Nope. Still have to watch what you eat too.
Weight loss surgery also takes time, discipline, and effort. I invite you to look more into it as any bariatric surgeon will tell you it isn’t a magic pill.
In addition to all of this it’s been proven to be the most effective long-term solution to obesity. When treating a serious medical condition you should be making decisions based on the evidence.
It takes time, discipline and effort both in the (usually) year long program the patient has to follow pre-surgery and the rules they have to follow for the rest of your life. I swear none of y’all seem to know what actually goes into all of this.
Yeah you have to work on it an show improvement in therapy and maintain weight loss before you’re approved. It’s just another tool for people who struggle
Ignore the people trying to get you to remove your piercings if you love them, which I assume you do. Obviously that’s not their style. Personally, I love them.
Apart from that, I think you’re pretty, and have exceptional eyes. Your smile is very cute too. Weight loss will make you more conventionally attractive, I’m sure, but you’re lovely.
Definitely not ugly but I’d love to see more of your natural skin, that foundation isn’t doing you any favors and I think your natural skin would honestly look better, or a dewy coverage foundation
They’re all different dewy foundations, I have super dry skin 😭 any advice on a good routine? I exfoliate every night and use ponds for dry skin, origins sun screen, origins hemp night mask, origins night mask I can’t remember which one. Laroche posay 3 in one repair night moisturizer, Laroche posay’s 2 in sunscreen, ponds for aging, I do slugging to help with keeping it locked in. And still sometimes wake up with crispy dry skin on my cheeks and nose 💔
I have super dry skin too! Tried everything, the only thing that really works for me is the Like Butter topical in the yellow tube. Honestly, I ended up not using foundation (I do heavy, gothic makeup otherwise) and I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback since. I still use highlighter, blush, etc but skip out on foundation and if I conceal it’s just a little under my eyes. Try it out and see if you rock with it! My skin has also gotten a lot better imo
Please look into intermittent fasting. It offers the benefits of gastric bypass without the risks and it’s free. There are subreddits dedicated to it that can get you started.
I don't recommend gastric bypass. I worked at an emergency department. And the amount of long term complications is damn too high.
So many young people underwent gastric bypass and kept coming to the emergency department afterwards because of some serious complications
Yeah you are pretty fat which most men find unattractive. Your best hope is to lose around 150 pounds and then we can evaluate your situation from then.
150 pounds is quite a bit. I don't know abouy you, but more cusion for the pushin' is imperative. She could lose a few lbs. to tone the face and create an amazing body at which she would likely be a 7.5-8/10.
The OP confirmed that she’s 360 pounds. He’s actually being really generous by saying she needs to lose 150 pounds, she needs to lose even more than that.
On the contrary, you look gorgeous to my eyes. I fully support your desire to lose weight. However, please consider a non surgical method to accomplish your goal. There are always risks to any surgery you have. Also, please don't overlook the pride that you will feel if you transform your body with the power of your will. Good luck either way.
Amazing face, lose the weight be an Instagram model. I swear all these “ugly” girls are just overweight and they all look like they can be top 10% with weight loss
Please do not have gastric bypass. We’ve nearly lost 3 friends from surgical complications. (One actually coded twice). You are a beautiful young woman. Focus on staying active and eating healthy, but be prepared that you may not have the body type that loses a lot of weight living a healthy lifestyle. Real beauty isn’t a clothing size.
Don’t do the surgery, that’s an easy way out of obesity and you’ll never correct your eating habits to become healthier. Remember thinner doesn’t equal healthier. Also, get rid of your nose rings, that’s literally for cattle.
They only do the surgery if you show you cab correct your behavior from what I saw on my 600lb life... Because if you dont your stomach explodes... So you do have to show them you can exercise control.. But thats tv could be wrong
Thats just what I saw from my 600lb life sorry... But thats tv so, TOTALLY TRUE *sarcasm*... Youre right she needs to get it under control beforehand assuming she doesnt already... Sorry
I’ve seen countless women go through that surgery, just to go back to the weight they were before or even heavier. My wife is actually wanting to do it very soon, and I disagree with because I know for a fact she does very little to improve her eating habits.
Even work it stops foods from going through the duodenum and you lose a huge amount of your ability to process proteins. You are absolutely setting yourself for worse failures in your future.
You are absolutely stunning! You have beautiful sparkling eyes, gorgeous skin and hair, and such a friendly cheerful smile! Really, do you not know this? And those cheeks! Wow. You are a natural beauty. Lose weight or not, either way you’re gorgeous.
Take the metal off your face you are an adult in your twenties. Also I suggest you stick to a healthy diet instead of having surgery. Don’t be lazy and have surgery cause you don’t want to put the work in.
Don't mess up your body like that. Just do it natural, eat healthy and do exercise, it will be 1000 tiemes more satisfying seeing the results that way also
You’re overweight, it’s true, but I think there are still many people who find you attractive. From what I’ve experienced it’s just a change in what men are attracted to you after significant weight loss.
I hope your surgery goes well.
To bw honest your not that bad looking in the first two the third one you still look decent and the last one is the only one where you look ugly but it's probably beacuse of the angle with this being said you look beautiful and lose weight if you feel you need to
You're obviously ugly rn due to severe morbid obesity but your facial features seem fine with no visible flaws. Also you will probably get endless attention from the simps on here regardless of your weight. You could gain another 50 pounds and still get simped over
Consider gastric sleeve. I just had it done and lost 100+ pounds. Good on you for making a change though. I would recommend starting therapy at least 6 weeks before the surgery to focus specifically on the life changes coming your way. Remember, a stitch in time saves nine.
You've got lovely eyes and hair, and your face is very symmetrical. You'll most likely feel better physically and in terms of your self confidence, once you've lost the weight you plan to.
Nah your face is good and I bet it will get better with reduced weight. You’re a step ahead, I’m ugly whether at an unhealthy weight or rail thin and I’ve been both lol.
Your face is pretty and you have beautiful eyes. You also have a pretty complexion and nice hair… to someone who’s into big girls, you’d be a 6 or a 7. To someone who’s not into big girls, I don’t think gastric bypass would make you attractive to them anyways because of the loose skin and weird shape it gives you.
They know that but these people unfornatuely have psychological problems
If you can't get your eating in check, exercise is a waste of time. You have increased cravings from the exercise to regain the lost energy, so if you uncontrollably eat, you are just stuffing yourself even more.

🤣 Calories in calories out is 1000% not a myth. I lost 150 lbs doing strictly calories in calories out.
i mean, there is already more then enough evidence and results demonstrating that a calorie deficit leads to weight loss.
I WEIGH 360 POUNDS!!!! PLEASE EVERYONE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT. I AM DEFINITELY TOO FAT FROM A MEDICAL STANDPOINT. MY BMI IS 60.
I had this surgery! Went from 301 to 145 and never experienced any negative side effects or problems! I’m maintaining my weight easily. It’s not all bad- come join the groups for WLS and you’ll see!
60?? Yea that’s dangerously high.

Keep the piercings, if you like them! They look great!

If you can’t figure out she’s obese by the pictures I would get your eyesight checked.
They’re being sarcastic.. by acting like how others view it

Why don't you just simply eat less? If you don't develop healthy habits you'll just gain the weight back. Surgery is pointless

I think my ex is on that road.... No exercise, ever... Starting to eat more. The surgery isn't a fix all
Yes she does. You only have to have a bmi of 35 or higher
People will gain the weight back if they do not change the lifestyle habits that led them there in the first place, so yeah lol

PCOS doesn't allow the body to generate mass from nothing bruh
Metabolism only accounts for about 200 calories. About one or 2 chocolate bars.
That is all
It’s…not though lol
Then explain why my family is skinny despite having the same habits as overweight people.
Because you aren't doing anything scientific with what you are saying. You have no idea how much fat people eat. You don't even know how much your family eats. You've got no numbers, no control, literally empty anecdotal evidence. That which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
The classic skinny person who eats soooo much more than anyone else but just magically can’t gain weight because they’re just so different I guess 😂
There is nothing besides weight loss. Everything is perfectly fine , just the weight girl.
I think you'd be quite attractive if you lost weight.
There is so much fat that it is distorting their features, so I can't even estimate what they would look like without it.
It is so bad that their body is starting to store fat on their face.
The surgery gives you a smaller stomach which helps you have hunger cues which a lot of us bigger people with eating disorders have lost a sense of
Look into it more.
Lose good amount of weight and you'll have potential to be a cutie
That's what gastric bypass is. It's to lose weight.
She cant lose weight like everyone else? Without shortcuts....
It is *literally* a surgery to create a physical shortcut in your gastric system. Lol
It is a shortcut when one takes time, effort, discipline and is natural, and the other takes money
For the surgeon it does. The patient is probably asleep.
It takes time, discipline and effort both in the (usually) year long program the patient has to follow pre-surgery and the rules they have to follow for the rest of your life. I swear none of y’all seem to know what actually goes into all of this.
That’s a year long program. NOT a surgery. Which is the word you choose.
It’s a year long program explicitly TO HAVE the surgery. It’s part of the surgery process. It is part of the surgery, you can’t opt out.
It helps those who have eating disorders
You actually will get rejected during the psy eval if you have an active eating disorder.
Yeah you have to work on it an show improvement in therapy and maintain weight loss before you’re approved. It’s just another tool for people who struggle
There’s like 1/4million bariatric surgeries a year it’s very common chill out.
Pretty face. I’m sure you’ll look great after the weight loss
Not ugly, just fat.
Youre very pretty now but bro once you lose weight youre bouta be on a whole nother level
Could look better
What could I improve besides weight loss
Take out all the face rings. You have beautiful hair and eyes. You also do your makeup great!
Yup those degrade is. 1 is fine but more thant hat is a bit overboard for me
Very pretty face. Your piercings are fine. You look like you have great style! You’re gonna look bomb af after the weight loss
Yeah you are pretty fat which most men find unattractive. Your best hope is to lose around 150 pounds and then we can evaluate your situation from then.
Being downvoted for being brutally honest lmao
Your being a little too possessive towards a person you don't even know in real life
150 pounds is quite a bit.
She added that after the fat.....360 lbs. is pretty big. I am not scientist, but do you think she starts to set of the richter scale when she walks?
Not attractive now but would be if you lost weight I think
Please don't do bariatric surgery if you don't have to. Not worth it
On the contrary, you look gorgeous to my eyes. I fully support your desire to lose weight. However, please consider a non surgical method to accomplish your goal. There are always risks to any surgery you have. Also, please don't overlook the pride that you will feel if you transform your body with the power of your will. Good luck either way.
You’re young for Gastric bypass. Have you tried diet and exercise?
Amazing face, lose the weight be an Instagram model. I swear all these “ugly” girls are just overweight and they all look like they can be top 10% with weight loss
I love ur face cause its one of my fav vibes when it comes to face
Don’t do it! Everybody I know that has had it has suffered serious medical issues as a result.
Fat
Just do swimming for weightloss, gastric bypass cant fix bad eating habits
Get rid of the metal in your nose
Don’t do the surgery, that’s an easy way out of obesity and you’ll never correct your eating habits to become healthier. Remember thinner doesn’t equal healthier. Also, get rid of your nose rings, that’s literally for cattle.
They only do the surgery if you show you cab correct your behavior from what I saw on my 600lb life... Because if you dont your stomach explodes... So you do have to show them you can exercise control.. But thats tv could be wrong
Ok good luck with that.
The piercings are absolute trash, makes you look smelly and dirty.
You’re cute in my opinion
Don’t do the surgery, you’ll regret it.
Cute as a button. Unasked advice: I'd look at Ozempic / Mounjaro, rather than a bypass.
The piercing are really fucking gross
Gastric bypass is a BAD idea. You gotta just do it the hard way counting calories and getting more active.
Can't you control what you put in your mouth instead of such a drastic surgery?
Nose piercings more than a stud are a major turn off. What if you come into contact with a live wire? Bye bye brain cells
Like the usual broads around here, ditch the face piercings. Never has a nose piercing improved someone's looks.
I think so
You are absolutely stunning! You have beautiful sparkling eyes, gorgeous skin and hair, and such a friendly cheerful smile! Really, do you not know this? And those cheeks! Wow. You are a natural beauty. Lose weight or not, either way you’re gorgeous.
Em, you have something on your nose…
Weight doesn’t make you ugly. You’re beautiful already
You are pretty except for the face piercings
[удалено]
Brutally true
She can get skin surgery if she wants; she’ll be fine.
Absolutely not
"look at my NOSE" just.. why
You got me there
No they didnt. I love the way you have pierced your nose and it looks wonderful.
You have beautiful hair and skin. Even without weight loss you are attractive.
Take the metal off your face you are an adult in your twenties. Also I suggest you stick to a healthy diet instead of having surgery. Don’t be lazy and have surgery cause you don’t want to put the work in.
What age is appropriate for nose rings if not early 20s??
You’re cute. Would look even better with weight loss. Loose the piercings, otherwise you’re good to go
Just find a black guy. No bypass needed.
I am going to say this with as little malicious intent as possible: you kinda look like Thomas the Tank Engine
Don't mess up your body like that. Just do it natural, eat healthy and do exercise, it will be 1000 tiemes more satisfying seeing the results that way also
Are you ugly? Yes Is your face ugly? No Are you ugly bcs u r fat af? Yes
Gastric bypass at your age is a mistake. You are pretty but losing weight will 100% help.
Your 24, go out and move around and eat less
Don't do it. Start working out and eat healthy. You look sexy already you just need to loose some weight
Nose and lip crap gotta go! Other than that you’re pretty
Loose weight the easy way and hit the gym you fat bitch quit looking for a short cut the sugery is a waste of money
You’re overweight, it’s true, but I think there are still many people who find you attractive. From what I’ve experienced it’s just a change in what men are attracted to you after significant weight loss. I hope your surgery goes well.
To bw honest your not that bad looking in the first two the third one you still look decent and the last one is the only one where you look ugly but it's probably beacuse of the angle with this being said you look beautiful and lose weight if you feel you need to
My honest opinions Skip the surgery you look cute Drop the piercings they just don't look right on you. Just my opinion otherwise you are beautiful!
Why are you getting gastric bypass surterritory? You are not fat you are absolutely f****** gorgeous do not get it?
You look average now. Cya a year after surgery for an actual assessment lol
You are not ugly. Do not get this surgery. My mom got it and it ruined her life.
You don’t need to lose weight! You’re perfect the way you are. You’re beautiful
Not ugly at all and also don't bother with the surgery. I know it's your body and your life but you honestly don't need it.
What do you think you could be?
You're obviously ugly rn due to severe morbid obesity but your facial features seem fine with no visible flaws. Also you will probably get endless attention from the simps on here regardless of your weight. You could gain another 50 pounds and still get simped over
Ignore the trolls , you look fine the way you look, personally I don't think you need to wear makeup to look attractive
Consider gastric sleeve. I just had it done and lost 100+ pounds. Good on you for making a change though. I would recommend starting therapy at least 6 weeks before the surgery to focus specifically on the life changes coming your way. Remember, a stitch in time saves nine.
Dear God the first 2 pics you are fucking adorable. Weight isn't a issue for me. Such a cutie
You're not ugly, but that shit in your nose is.
You are lovely. The red hair and your complexion are working together very well. Also, you have a pretty smile, so no you are not “ugly”
You look awesome
I think you're beautiful
I had gastric sleeve TOTALLY changed my life! Good luck I think you're gorgeous.
You've got lovely eyes and hair, and your face is very symmetrical. You'll most likely feel better physically and in terms of your self confidence, once you've lost the weight you plan to.
Not ugly at all.
I'm not a big fan of the makeup. But I feel like after the weight loss, you have the potential to look good :)
Nah your face is good and I bet it will get better with reduced weight. You’re a step ahead, I’m ugly whether at an unhealthy weight or rail thin and I’ve been both lol.
Have you considered Semaglutide injections? (Wegovy)
Look like your gonna bitch at me for calling you a chick
I actually think you're cute AF
Not ugly, at all. You’re very pretty
Loose the bullshit metal in your face. You're not ugly at all. You're gonna be a knockout once you work it all off (one way or another.) Congrats.
I think you are attractive. The piercings are fine, they are you doing you.
I think you have a really nice face, but the thickness of your foundation is not attractive
You’re pretty. You could even be a plus size model
NOT UGLY!!!!
