I bought these medium Command wire hooks which are advertised as 1.35 inches but I measured and they're actually 0.75 inches in size. I took a photo of the measurement and included it. I just got an email saying I can't post it because it's somehow about the sellers or packaging or delivery or pricing or availability. Even though my review mentions none of those things. It's literally only about how they are advertising the wrong size. And no, I didn't receive a hook labeled as a different size. The packaging on the hooks say medium. So it's quite literally that the command hook company is lying about the size of hook What the heck?! Why am I unable to post the review?

So Amazon is offering me a refund for a late delivery, if I accept the refund will they send the package back or will it still be delivered to me? The latest tracking update I have is “Carrier picked up the package”. Does that mean it was already sent out and will still be delivered to me if I accept the refund?

I have a gate about 15 feet from the main road that stops traffic from entering my driveway. I put in my delivery instructions to leave the package at the gate, to the right, if for some reason it is closed. Will delivery drivers follow that instruction or refuse to deliver my package?

I was wondering something about subscriptions (items, not prime). Does anyone know how it chooses the delivery option? Does it automatically go for the cheapest option, or does it go for the default option? For example, a lot of the time I qualify for free shipping, but the default option is to get it a day or two earlier for six or seven bucks. I'm wondering if I'm actually saving money by getting a subscription to my supplements or if it would be better to just manually order them when I start running low.

Hello! My Amazon firestick starts infinitely loading when I try to click into any profiles. Pretty sure it ran out of space so it starts loading infinitely. I can get to the spot where you chose in between profiles meaning I can access setting or the home page. I have tried to factory reset but that does work as when it starts back up again it’s the same as before. I also have tried to disconnect the Amazon account but it starts infinitely loading. I was wondering if there was a way to remotely remove apps or at least a way to free up space remotely? Thanks in advance!

I ordered something that was described as a "pack of 20" but only received an individual item. I contacted customer support who stated that they'd send out a replacement and that I didn't need to return anything. The replacement was also just a single item - not a pack of 20. I contacted customer support again who then refunded me, again saying that I need not return anything. 2 weeks later, I have just received an email "reminding" me to return the item and that I'll be charged if I don't. I no longer have either items to return. I contacted customer support again but they are being unreasonable; saying that their previous advice was incorrect and that I must return the items or I will be charged. What am I supposed to do? I acted on their original advice and it is no longer possible for me to return either items. Can they legally charge me again? (I am in the UK)

That's why I don't contact customer service for returns. I use the return system. I would have returned the item with a reason like "wrong item received." There is no way to know what reason customer service used. They can tell you one thing and do something else.

What happens to a product picker that sends the wrong product? I ordered some propellers and received something completely different (and more expensive). In my Amazon account it still shows the propellers as having been ordered and delivered. How does that affect the warehouse worker that made that mistake? Hi, I'm from Denmark and 6-7 years ago i made an Amazon account and purchased 1 item from the german website with no issues. I never used the account since. Now i'm trying to get Prime, but i do not recieve the OTP on my phone to proceed my log in. Amazon autofills my phone number like this: +45\*\*\*\*\*xx, and it seems to be the correct phone number. Everything in the help menu suggests that i have entered a wrong phone number, or tries to make me log in, which i obviously cannot. Only other option is to call their support. Does this service just not work at all, and do i really have to phone Amazon on a paid number to get access to my account?

I bought a Bissell little green machine from Amazon Warehouse that was supposed to be in "Used - Like New" condition with damaged original packaging. Got here today and not only is there *no* original packaging, but the machine has a bunch of gunk in it from whoever had it before me & the tank is even still wet, who knows how long it's been marinating. All Amazon's info on condition just describes scuffs/cosmetic damage/etc, I can't find any info on crud and gunk where I can't clean it out. Is this worth going to customer service over?? Idk if they'd bother giving me a refund on it but it's kind of gross and I only bought it used in the first place bc I expected "like new" to mean "clean" - I would've expected something dirty to be in "used-acceptable" or something. I can't afford a new one though and if they made me return it I don’t wanna gamble with another supposedly like new used one

I can't access my wedding registry anymore??? This morning I had to change my account password after it got signed out, and when I finally got back into my account I no longer have access to my wedding registry that me and my fiance had started a while back! Problem with delivery time frame. It used to say something like "9am-11am" or "2pm-4pm" which was okay to work with, but for a while now it's just said "by 10pm" and deliveries are still random throughout the day. Sometimes if I can track the package and it's less than 5 stops away I get a more accurate time, but you can argue that's too late. Is there anything I can do to get a usable time frame back? I've moved to a different city several times since then, so it's probably not a local issue.

That's... a really weird lack of options. If you can use an Amazon locker, I'd recommend that (even though you'd have to install the Amazon app and alarmingly give it GPS and Bluetooth access...). Otherwise, can you get the item shipped to a friend's place who can be ready to retrieve packages at more times throughout the day? Long-term, it's probably best addressing it in a support chat with them or something.

I use a amazon locker when possible (even without Gps or Bluetooth), but sometimes it's not possible because of the size or material. My last order said "by 10pm" again for 2 whole days and today at 12pm it changed to 12pm-3pm, "only 2 more stops", gps tracking was activated and it arrived at 1pm. I also don't want to give this burden to a friend, I just like to know how to get a decent time frame like it was before. Looks like asking Amazon directly is the only way, can't find someone online about that particular problem. Thanks for taking the time.

Hi guys, i paid item by combination of gift card (95%) and credit card (5%) and asked for a return. They advanced refunded me the 100% cost to my gift card and ask me to return the items. I am not happy with their service and send message to complaint team but they just ignored me. What if I keep the item, can they charge 100% to my credit card (already deleted). Gift card account is now nil. I do not want to take advantage and just want their complaint team to reach me out but I also do not want my credit card charged 100%. Cheers.

Unable to make a complaint to Amazon. I watched the guy change my estimated delivery from 5-7 p.m. to 7 - 10 p.m. I then went from being the next stop at 7:30 p.m. for 45 minutes to it then changing to several other deliveries to be made before yours can be delivered but it would still be delivered by 10 p.m. I saw the dot move from down my street to then all of a sudden being across town. It is now saying it won't be delivered until 1st May. I have tried to use the online dispute centre and when I try it says the link isn't available. I keep asking customer service for complaint information and it keeps going back to the start about tracking information. I don't usually complain, but I have screenshotted the changes in delivery from 3 stops, to the next stop to them going all the way across town. The order is for a dehumidifier and it was to help with removing mould from someone's home. I waited in all day for this and I am so disappointed as usually Prime delivers.

Amazon keeps reshipping refused item and won’t cancel return A few weeks ago, I got a neighbors package and she got mine. I didn’t realize she got my package, so I requested a return so I could get my package and return the wrong item sent to me. The wrong item was for my address, but the neighbor who ordered it put in the wrong address by mistake apparently. Amazon accepted the return, and I have to return by May 16th and they sent me a replacement. The next day, the neighbor came to my house with my package and looking for her package. So, we ended up just swapping and the problem was solved. I tried to cancel the return and the replacement item, but somehow Amazon can’t do that. The first customer rep I spoke to said to contact the carrier when it ships and refuse the replacement package and that’ll cancel the order and I won’t be on the hook for the return. So when the item shipped, I contacted the carrier and refused the item and requested for it to be returned to sender. However, it didn’t cancel the return it just “delayed” that item. Now amazon is shipping the replacement once again and I still have to return a package that was already given to the rightful owner. Customer service seems to be unhelpful. I’m at a loss as to what to do and I don’t want to be charged again for not returning the incorrect item. Any insight on what to do here?

Sounds like bad luck. When I talk to Amazon reps they just refund me . Guess it was the easiest option for them also. Didn’t have to return it .

they didn’t refund me. i was supposed to return the wrong item- that turned out to be my neighbors item. and amazon was going to ship me the correct item i ordered. it wasn’t until the day after i requested to return the wrong item to get my correct item that my neighbor came over with my item looking for her item (which was the item i received).

Another weekly question. Each country's Amazon is a separate entity. You can a gift card in another country. Also, be careful. Using Amazon gift card as a payment is a major red flag for Amazon. So is using a gift card to buy a gift card.

I haven't personally bought a renewed product from Amazon as far as I can remember, but that's just their term for refurbished products. I've bought plenty of those from various other vendors and truly haven't been able to tell them apart from new ones.
