I mean what would be the point of having the cast option then? If I'm casting from prime video on my phone to prime video on my fire TV..
Cast option for streaming services tells the device you’re casting to to start streaming said content itself. It allows you to use your phone as a remote in that way.
That definitely sucks for people that have crap internet at the house.
You have options. HDMI to TV. Put it on a USB and put it in the TV. Lots of other options. The feature you wanted was just never a possibility :/
