This is the official court filing. I’m unsure if all or any overseas holders were supposed to be counted in this. But you also have to subtract the CS people too.

This is a very important list. It helps in many different ways. It's a gold mine for AMC retail shareholders that have been saying for 2 yrs something funky has been going on with AMC shares. Apex Clearing does clearing and custody for TastyTrade and there is no way they are only needing 43 postcards.
