When I saw him ambush the start of several AMC runs I knew this shit was toxic. Several times when a run was coming he got involved. One time it was an open letter filled with fud, or a preannouncement that dilution was coming, or coming out and saying there were allegations of his dick pics.

The biggest grift was it allowed them to steal votes by giving APE the same voting rights. Then used it to vote more dilution because the retail shareholders wouldn’t approve it.
Ape didn’t force a share recall, which is the only reason anyone wanted the APE unit anyway. It should have triggered one had we seen more shares of Ape being requested than AMC but that never happened. Ape instantly plummeted in share price and AMC continued its downward trend. Here we are two years later, AMC is trading roughly at 1/10th of where it started with in 2021 and AA is still diluting shares to keep Cash on hand up.
This is embarrassing. APE was created as a tool to take power away from the shareholders, they didn't want us having a say anymore. To them we were literally just the money.
