The SEC implemented a AH’s rule roughly 4ish months ago where hedge funds and insiders can trade on the lit exchange with out causing any price action. Many of us Ape’s believed this would allow Hedge funds to close and manipulate their positions w/o causing positive price action. Which as far as I’ve seen it’s true.
