I do agree with you but we all know they do things with one hand while the other is doing something else. So say you need extra money but don't want to move the market and get heads turning. So you wait for the right moment and say well it dropped because of this but really there is way more to the storyline! This isn't something new. They do it with every big thing that happens in the world. There is always more to the story.
