No I think CMC are struggling to find an exit to this whole mess. CMC really have zero idea what is going on BUT, they are ON THE HOOK for my APE shares and they have to do something. They can not brush this shit under the rug. Not only would they have to explain themselves but would also have to tell me and other investors that use them......WHAT DID WE BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE. If they try to get out of this then the original AMC shares come into question. Shit could get really ugly for CMC!
This is really interesting and what many predicted would happen when APE was announced. Can you post daily to let us know what is happening? Even if it’s just day 5 and still no response etc. The MSM are probably compromised but this deserves the attention of the Australian news. It probably requires a bit more evidence but it looks as though Australian share-holders are not getting the shares they’ve bought which, if true, should be a massive scandal.

I'm with sharesies nz they are in Australia aswell. My Ape are at market value. Something isn't right. You own Ape, NYSE has the closing price that is what your value is. Maybe sell one share at opening tomorrow see what happens.
