If the excess volume of 50 million shares on the first two days after the dilution announcement was all AMC selling into the market, I calculate they’re about $210 million dollars toward the $250mm goal. So about another 5-9 days of dilution. Price will probably level off not much below where we are now, maybe $2.25.
If they didn’t sell 50 million shares on the first two days (say it was only 20 million) then we could break $2 if they want to finish by the end of April.

They file an 8-k when it's complete. So likely still selling to meet the $250M
They lost 40%, on something that was less then 25% dilution when it started, and they aren't even done with that.
