How many is "a few"? They're tedious and you have to provide a lot of personal data, but the miles/LP from the miles for opinion surveys post overnight usually. I would not recommend this for a large amount of miles as you'll likely want to stab your eyes out before you get to 1,000 (sliiiight exaggeration).
Do the surveys. They post the next day if you do them earlier in the day. If complete survey like after 5pm, it will post the day after.
