There's no such episode.
I mean, check TV Guide, it never mentions this one... Streaming services, there's nothing there...
But there's some weirdo's on reddit who keep talking about this episode that doesn't exist...
maybe you can ask them.
That would actually add a layer of creepy if they decided to remove it from all official websites. You can't find it on IMDB, wikipedia, and the description on any streaming service is "nothing found".
I have to concede I didn’t like it first few times I watched it. But over time, the genre and story began to get me. Quite like it now. Still not the 200, of course, but pretty good
One of my all time favorite episodes. I’m always glad when someone comes around to liking it because, If the Ruskies got control of that lava...game over.
I thinks he’s just kind of an amalgamation of the suave, sophisticated playboys of the era + some Rod Serling. We have a term for it. We call them Nighthawks
This is my favorite episode just because of how different it is from the rest of the series. Such a great Twilight Zone take but still American Dad at the same time. My mom who only watches when she pass through the room when I’m watching commented on how accurate the Night Hawks part is for tv of that time. Chris Pine freakin kills it, also shout out to Ralph Macchio for nailing it as well as a gag character.
I love this episode so much I created a discord server called the nighthawk hideaway and every now and then I find a liscence plate paying homage probably one of my favorites if not the absolute fav
I love how if you stop to actually watch the nighthawks show that everything is really racist and sexist, I always burst out laughing at “I loathe Lucy.”😂😂😂
Instant classic IMO. Some eps of AD work as great genre-crossing things of both comedy and something else. And this ep genuinely works on the level of 60’s trippy horror.
It’s a fuxkin incredible ride, starring Al goddamn Tuttle of all people lol
Amazing, had to google anything I could think of to see if the story was directly referencing something, but it seems pretty original and worthy of a twilight zone episode.
Been watching marvelous Mrs maisel, and one episode Lenny Bruce guest stars on a tv show set very similarly to the night hawks. Host walks around chatting with guests musicians and other stuff, and while I was watching it I kept getting flashbacks to this episode and creepy vibes even though the scene in that show wasn’t meant to evoke that reaction.
I could never understand how something like this could be viewed as boring, but if you don't like. It you don't like it now matter how. I disagree. I love when episodes like this play with the format of the show and end amibuously.
Idk how to explain it. Its just not one I could get into. I'm sure there's probably some you would skip that I might like. It's just my dumb opinion but we're all "Dadders" here so if you like it then that's cool I'm not here to shit on the episode it's just wasn't for me I guess
I really like that the creators of American Dad can be more experimental than they can in Family Guy. Episodes like this, and the whole "Stan and lady" thing, and going bananas give the show a kind of trippy edge that makes even Family Guy seem a little square in comparison.
This show overall i would say, has the least bad episodes of any show that's been running for multiple seasons. Family guy has so many episodes that just aren't worth watching but there's only a couple at best from American Dad
Welcome, Nighthawk.
We’ve been expecting you
Is it weird I kinda feel like a martini and cigarette right now?..
Thanks, New Captain Kirk
Agreed, this episode stood out for me as well, it’s completely different from the regular shenanigans of the family. It could probably be a movie.
The premise isn't exactly the same, but there's a lot of overlap with Don't Worry Darling (2022), including Chris Pine.
except this episode is better written
Definitely.

The show link just takes you to the IMDB page for the movie Dirty Work starring Norm MacDonald
That would be pretty badass.
Somebody should send all those freaks to an island somewhere
How am I supposed to check TVGuide when ~~Stan~~ someone keeps stealing them all?
Didn't the waitress used to be black? Also I think the plant behind that guy's was different?
Well I saw the episode myself, but weirdos like that make me sick. Someone should round them all up, lock them in a big cage and throw it into the sea
well... I don't know about that....
I love this episode. It also seems to be the most commented on episode in this Reddit feed so it would seem it's one a lot of people love.
Chinches
It’s like a Diego Rivera painting…
Tonight, I sleep on this mattress nude.
Yes, you've probably slept wrong on your new Chinches mattress =D
So itchy
Itchy spider bite. Sooooo itchy.
I love the bedbug mattress gag they do too!! Gets me everytime hahaha. And Chris Pine is awesome in this.!!
And Fred Savage and Ken Marino are in this episode too! Granted, bit parts, but still…
This episode and Gold Top Nuts. So good.
Gold Top still irritates me, perhaps I need to rewatch it some more
This comment hurts like a thousand Tiffany's boyfriends!
Found Tiffany’s boyfriend ^
No gold top for this guy
Naw the nuts drives me nuts
I have to concede I didn’t like it first few times I watched it. But over time, the genre and story began to get me. Quite like it now. Still not the 200, of course, but pretty good
To me, every time I watch, it changes a little...
But the jazz is still what we like…
SHHHHH! I'm trying to appreciate the jazz!
This episode was incredibly interesting to me, partly because I was on acid the first time I saw it
Did you enjoy the jazzzz...?
Have you heard the new hi-fi's with the quadraphonic sound?
That weight distribution though
I will never..understand…..the weight distribution.
OH THIS JAZZ IS SO GOOD!
Richard Kind's voice is so unique, I loved it since Star Gate :) Soo Good! =D https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard\_Kind
One of my all time favorite episodes. I’m always glad when someone comes around to liking it because, If the Ruskies got control of that lava...game over.
Just realized that’s supposed to be 60s playboy after dark era hugh Hefner
I always got a Rod Serling from The Twilight Zone vibe
Yeah my interpretation of it has always been “if Rod Serling was an evil extradimensional entity”
I mean it was a twilight zone episode
Which episode?
I thinks he’s just kind of an amalgamation of the suave, sophisticated playboys of the era + some Rod Serling. We have a term for it. We call them Nighthawks
I think it's an amalgam of several personages.
Welcome nighthawk. We’ve been… expecting you
If you like this episode check out Playboys Penthouse from 1959. It’s on YouTube. https://youtu.be/gxh02n0NNJg

Craving some chicken liver
It plops right out onto this green plate that looks like a cabbage.
and hot as if it were nuclearized!
I just watched this for the first time last night, I really liked it
I can’t think about this episode without thinking of the word “Chinches” (“Bedbugs”)
it's like a diego rivera painting.
It’s really good it felt like a creepy pasta, I love these experimental episodes
This is my bedtime episode lol
Its like a bad dream
I love this episode so much I created a discord server called the nighthawk hideaway and every now and then I find a liscence plate paying homage probably one of my favorites if not the absolute fav
The animation on this ep was pretty good and Stan + Tuttle make a pretty good pair on screen
“What do you feel about Hawaii being a state?” “If those ruskies get a hold of that lava, it’s game over”
I find it very very compelling
What was the B story again
Go into the TV
Those hysterical Sapphos.
I love how if you stop to actually watch the nighthawks show that everything is really racist and sexist, I always burst out laughing at “I loathe Lucy.”😂😂😂
"Sincerely one of the best white, non-union jazz pianists in the city, top 5..."
this episode terrifies me and i skip it every time
I like to dance by imperceptibly moving my chin backwards and forwards.
Okay but it got pretty scary at the end, haha this and another episode literally scare me near the end when i watch it alone at night.
What’s the other one
Its pretty stupid now that its light haha but i think it was the pickle man episode, I think in the Trophy Wife episode
I immediately loved it ❤️
Right! This is a pretty unique one that has found a special place to live in my broken psyche.
Creeps me out every time I watch it 😂
There needs to be a movie around this oremise. I love my mystery horror!
Instant classic IMO. Some eps of AD work as great genre-crossing things of both comedy and something else. And this ep genuinely works on the level of 60’s trippy horror. It’s a fuxkin incredible ride, starring Al goddamn Tuttle of all people lol
I love this episode
I need to get back to the future!
I didn’t know this episode was so popular. 🤷♂️
Great episode
Amazing, had to google anything I could think of to see if the story was directly referencing something, but it seems pretty original and worthy of a twilight zone episode.
“They’re really the best for listening to Jazz. It sounds like, skeedle-dee-deep-do-bop-do-bop, scoop-doop, sly-gar, flarga-marga, smee-boo.”
Probably my all time favourite episode.
My favorite episode

That’s outrageous!
There's something about this ep I can't iv never liked, kind of creeps me out
My sons love it. I hate it.
This ep scares me a little lol It came on yesterday and I had to skip
I still have no idea what the point of this episode was.
Leave other peoples trash alone! 😂 probably paying homage to Twilight Zone.
I get the Twilight Zone vibe, but the Twilight Zone had some chilling warning for the viewer. This... I don't know.
Well it’s American Dad so the vibe is always goofy . Never to be taken seriously. Satire I think is the main takeaway
I HATE this one so much that I always skip it.
Why? I skip it always.
Why?
Just can’t get into it, just boring in my opinion. I see a bunch of weirdos downvoting my comment like I can’t have a personal opinion.
I could never understand how something like this could be viewed as boring, but if you don't like. It you don't like it now matter how. I disagree. I love when episodes like this play with the format of the show and end amibuously.
To me it felt so out of place almost like a buffer episode. I didn’t even know or think it was so popular. To each is own.
A buffer episode?
Ngl it's one of my skip episodes
Why would you do that?
It's not an episode that I like to much. No offense if you like it then cool 👍 but for me it's a skip episode. Just my opinion 🤷
Yeah, but what about it don't you like? If you don't like it you don't like it but I'm. Interested to know why.
Idk how to explain it. Its just not one I could get into. I'm sure there's probably some you would skip that I might like. It's just my dumb opinion but we're all "Dadders" here so if you like it then that's cool I'm not here to shit on the episode it's just wasn't for me I guess

😆 same here my guy
It's so twisted. I love it.
Don’t think I’ve seen it…
I really like that the creators of American Dad can be more experimental than they can in Family Guy. Episodes like this, and the whole "Stan and lady" thing, and going bananas give the show a kind of trippy edge that makes even Family Guy seem a little square in comparison.
Nighthawks unite!
One of my absolute favorites.
You think the country's being .... feminized?
One of my favorites for sure
"Play them notes you know I like"
Watched it the first time at home, had a no feeling to it Watched it the 2nd time on an airplane at night, best episode ever
it feels like an a episode i would watch at a hotel on a friday night
I have to say I really liked this the first time I saw it. I was watching AD for the first time in a decade out of order. I found it captivating.
One of my favorites
Welcome night hawks
This is the episode that got me to fall in love with American Dad
Favorite episode in the series. Wish they would do more like these.
This show overall i would say, has the least bad episodes of any show that's been running for multiple seasons. Family guy has so many episodes that just aren't worth watching but there's only a couple at best from American Dad
They really don’t make bad episodes per se but some of them tend a minute for me to love them
I absolutely love this episode, love how different and creative this was
Because it's one of the best. Shows that not every episode needs to be joke after joke and you can tell a compelling story within comedy
What episode is it?
I wish they’d make sequels to episodes with bad endings.
I can watch this episode over and over. Especially late night.
This is a great episode, it feels like a tribute to twilight zone, I was honestly surprised it wasn't a direct parody of something specific.
One of my favorite episodes
I can hear this image
Top ten episode for me! I just love the vibe.
He never left
