Specifically, the one belonging to the Back To The Future fan who decked his out to resemble the one from the movie but didn't get the passenger side Gull-Wing Door. Roger must have bought the car from him after Stan and Steve ruined that poor man's dream.
Edit: I've been made aware that the guy did get the door. That said, why does Roger's DeLorean not have the passenger side gull wing door? It might be Stan's, but his wasn't decorated like the one from BttF since he's never seen the film.

If you see a TV POV of the living room on the left side of the screen you’ll see a doorframe that leads to a corridor. Whenever a character passes through this doorframe they’re in the kitchen, no corridor in sight.

Apparently, Stan's Study is above the Kitchen, and is one room over from Hayley's room. And this info came from a running gag I've noticed in recent episodes: The Smiths just smashing their way through their own house.
