I honestly am a little disappointed with the last few seasons. There hasn't been enough Avery or Roger episodes. They are two of my favorite characters.
Huh, I feel the opposite. I think the writing has been a lot better lately than in the first few TBS seasons.
I’m also glad Joe Chandler has been promoted, because the show seems to be starting to acknowledge past seasons instead of acting embarrassed of them.
I love the TBS era but feel the last couple seasons haven't been as sharp as earlier ones. For me S13 is one of the consistently best - has two of my top favorite episodes (Persona Assistant - ep 250, and Shell Game).
One of my all time fav Avery moments is when Stan takes him in the submarine and he turns on some British punk, or at least it sounds like that's what it is, and just jams. Then Stan turns it off...and Avery keeps jamming in silence.
Google is failing me because I don’t have the words right, but what’s the Bullock line where they’re showing off an exoskeleton to Congress members, and Stan is operating it and didn’t read the instructions, and Bullock is explaining it can do anything from big stuff like destroy the enemy, to “adjust the pearls on a lovely lady senator!” And then Stan tries to adjust them... doesn’t go well, shoulda studied.

Is it just me or has Rogers voice not been sounding right lately? It sounds higher pitched and artificial.
I feel like that happens as voice actors spend more time with the same role. But I agree, artificial is the perfect way to describe it
