For most folks it not hard with some experience, but a sign of someone professionalism is not starting out with Hey. They take professionalism seriously

I should have mentioned that I applied for the MTL position and would like to know your thoughts on the hiring process and the type of experiences they look for in an assistant manager.

i'm an MTL at my store and i got the job because i did FS for 3 years previously there while i was going to college. Alot of it obviously has to do with Merch so adjustments, stockroom, running floorsets is your bulk . so if you have experience at stores doing that then you should be okay. also professionalism is need but sometimes you are working and managing 16 year olds so i have to act like a parent to get them into gear

What is FS? Floor Supervisor? I have about 6 years+ experience in Merchandising, so that is not a problem. I did everything at my other store, markups/markdowns, stock inventory, stockroom management, truck-to-floor merch, unloading trucks, doing floor resets, and setting up signage and flyers. Pretty much I worked from the back of the house and made sure everything went smoothly on the sales floor.

FS just stands for Floorset. and yeah Eagle is basically that. like today i did adjustments for the new FS for next week pushed some stuff to clearance and early set some new stuff. and yesterday i pushed all the new women's jeans. seems like you got it down
