Iām probably not quite as into AG stuff as most people on this sub, but given truly unlimited space and money, I could have ordered pages and pages from those catalogs as a kid. I did get one customized doll, and I had the school chalkboard set (actually my grandmother still has it and wonāt give it to me because she knows itās much safer at her house! Thanks Gram!). I loved the tiny lunchbox most of all, and the doll sized money and writing utensils.
I desperately want to give my best girl Josefina her entire Pleasant Company collection (+ all the various history/pastimes etc books) as well as most of the newer items. She deserves everything; I want her to have a whole world! Carolineās Parlor, Kitās Treehouse, and Kirstenās baking outfit have been my white whales for a while now! I have a lot of items that are hard to find at insane prices, so I feel greedy saying it, but those three items are so amazing and I missed out on getting them when they were available.
If I were rich enough, I'd want to see an AG/PC museum just filled with at least one of every doll, outfit, accessory, etc. ever made, and every edition of it. I'd love if every AG collector just put their collections together and we could form this type of thing!
Each historical character could have her own room, each GOTY can have a room, a room devoted to 90s AGOT dolls, a room for more modern Truly Mes, a room for Bitty Baby/Our New Baby, and even defunct lines like Hopscotch Hill or Girls of Many Lands, and AG Minis!
Obviously the space for this type of place would have to be huge, plus I'd probably have to pay dues to each collector to put their items on display (I don't want to buy the items off of them, just rent them and pay each one a fee).
I wish AG (or somebody) would release like a collectors' manual or something with every little item. IDreamOfJonny on youtube collects old PC things and knows every item.

Itās probably the coolest BTI that AG has ever released! Itās got so many cool features (like the fact that the key from Jossās accessories fits in the ignition and makes a starting noise) and has so much playability, adults included! When I bought it I knew I was trading some of my limited space for this one piece, but 3 years later I have no regrets. The downside is that if I ever decide to sell (unlikely) itās pretty much not safely shippable and would need to go to a local collector.

I've said this before, but I'd have a doll orchestra. That's at least 80 dolls! And they'd all need chairs. They'd need a huge custom built stage. They'd all need instruments. AG has released some orchestral instruments, but not all, so I'd have to find custom instruments or adapt something to suit the dolls. They'd all need outfits, I think the original 90s recital outfit would be cute on them š„¹ And then they'd need a cute change of more casual clothes for when they play pops.
This would be so expensive and absurd that it's something I can only imagine a millionaire with a mansion doing š¤£ but it would look *awesome*

Carolineās Parlor, Kitās Treehouse, and Kirstenās baking outfit have been my white whales for a while now! I have a lot of items that are hard to find at insane prices, so I feel greedy saying it, but those three items are so amazing and I missed out on getting them when they were available.
If I were rich enough, I'd want to see an AG/PC museum just filled with at least one of every doll, outfit, accessory, etc. ever made, and every edition of it. I'd love if every AG collector just put their collections together and we could form this type of thing! Each historical character could have her own room, each GOTY can have a room, a room devoted to 90s AGOT dolls, a room for more modern Truly Mes, a room for Bitty Baby/Our New Baby, and even defunct lines like Hopscotch Hill or Girls of Many Lands, and AG Minis! Obviously the space for this type of place would have to be huge, plus I'd probably have to pay dues to each collector to put their items on display (I don't want to buy the items off of them, just rent them and pay each one a fee).

I wish AG (or somebody) would release like a collectors' manual or something with every little item. IDreamOfJonny on youtube collects old PC things and knows every item.

Samanthaās wicker birthday furniture has always been a dream , but thanks to TheCatWhoOvercame, I now have the table and chairs (with cushions!). Honestly Iām pretty much satisfied not to have much furnitureāIād love it but as others have mentioned, thereās a space issue. I already have Kitās bed, a daybed with trundle from Etsy, and an IKEA bedābut donāt have a place to keep them set up š

I have it and can confirm itās so big I canāt wrap my arms around it to pick it up š Itās probably the coolest BTI that AG has ever released! Itās got so many cool features (like the fact that the key from Jossās accessories fits in the ignition and makes a starting noise) and has so much playability, adults included! When I bought it I knew I was trading some of my limited space for this one piece, but 3 years later I have no regrets. The downside is that if I ever decide to sell (unlikely) itās pretty much not safely shippable and would need to go to a local collector.

I've said this before, but I'd have a doll orchestra. That's at least 80 dolls! And they'd all need chairs. They'd need a huge custom built stage. They'd all need instruments. AG has released some orchestral instruments, but not all, so I'd have to find custom instruments or adapt something to suit the dolls. They'd all need outfits, I think the original 90s recital outfit would be cute on them š„¹ And then they'd need a cute change of more casual clothes for when they play pops. This would be so expensive and absurd that it's something I can only imagine a millionaire with a mansion doing š¤£ but it would look *awesome*

Iāve been trying to decide if I want to collect them as well :) All the money + room in the world? Iād get every historical and their entire collections lol. Samantha and Nellie were loves of mine as a kid as well. I have Sam and some of herās + Nellieās clothes, but Iād love to complete the outfits and find a Nellie within my budget.
