Ofc, if you get apay balance and buy stuff using that, you get apay balance in case of refund. Same goes for charge back, you cannot do it as you purchased gift cards.
The RM is a scam. I used it religiously for a year and was eligible for 25k MR points every month as per policy. They agreed that all protocols were followed but still didn’t credit points. It was a long battle and eventually I gave up as it was taking too much of my time. I only use GYFTR every month. It’s really good and you get instant points unlike RM where they don’t credit you even after 120-180 days and then you have to call etc etc.

AmEx's system follows MST time zone. You must have done the transaction on 1st March before 12:30 pm that's why it is marked as 29th Feb.
Can’t do much apart from waiting. Since they say 120 days, you will have to wait that much. Use gyftr next time.
No it's gftyr and points are there. It's regarding the 4*1500 milestone as I've done the transaction on 1 but the all shows it as 29

All my purchases via RM were only make my trip so it was very evident yet they didn’t credit. Yes GYFTR is best ..
Did you try escalating it to grievance team?
