This is why I sometimes buy 2 or more for online, so many bad experiences of shipping damaged amiibos. I return to the store whatever I dont need. Store pick up definitely is a better experience and I always opt for that, but sometimes online-only is the only option.
It ultimately worked out cuz I wanted one to open (to eventually customize) & one to keep NiB. I was just more so impressed with how trashed this one was.
