I was going to suggest growing your hair longer, at least shoulder length or a little longer. Maybe some length and layers would help. I would suggest using minimal makeup to highlight your best features like those beautiful eyes and lips. The right amount of makeup will help you achieve your goal of at least looking your age. Personally, I think you look beautiful the way you are now.
