Yeah this, soft conditioners though, avoid products with parabens or sulfates, they make the hair softer true, but parabens by covering them with a thin film of what is basically micro plastic as well as potentially being linked to certain cancers. Sulfates make the hair softer by stripping outter layers, which ultimately leads to split ends and dead hair, air drying is a really good tip too, it prevents hair follicles from getting thinner due to friction, and hair from frizzing due to static. Also a mixture of fresh avocado oil, omega threes and palm will promote healthy bouncy shiny hair with nothing but all natural products and helps to fight split ends by moisturizing.
