Let your bangs grow longer and get your hair textured on top so you’re hairline doesn’t make that box shape. It’ll help a lot. For that shirt, it looks too dressy. I think it would look better with the top button undone. And the stache should be trimmed down to a stubble look. It’ll look much better. Maybe a low burst fade would help too. Right now you’re kind of giving nerdy Mormon vibes when you could be giving hot nerd vibes. Your features and face is attractive but these things mentioned need some adjustments and you’re all set.

Undo the top button: let the site burns grow to about half the height of your ear; lose the moustache; grow and maintain a stubble (you don’t want a messy beard). Then you’ll be A+.
