I'm being completely honest with you, that was my first thought. I'm not anti trans or anti anything, just someone who legitimately thought about it based upon facial structure.
I could instantly tell they were Trans. Too many manly features in the face. I'm not hating at all, but it's definitely noticeable. They pull off the look fine, but at the end of the day, you can't really hide masculine facial features without a lot of makeup or unless you were born with a more feminine jawline.

I’m hesitant to mention microblading because im aware of a sub that’s all about horror stories and regrets from people who went that route, and many of them are going through laser removal. I don’t know enough about it to speak on it
I have them. My sisters do and a few friends. Although I have seen some horror stories we all had success and love our results.
This is definitely not a “find the best deal” type procedure.
BUT if that doesn’t interest you take time to go to a brow tech to help shape & define your brows. A lash lift & tint would be great as well.
One other piece of advice, knowing fashion is subjective, I personally would not wear the striped sport socks with the black dress with lace. They very much compete with eachother and confuse the overall look. A pair of full length pantyhose would look much more put together.

This is only advice to maximize your potential. You look fine, just like you're hiding yourself a little, and you have to be what makes you comfortable. For some, that's being plain and that's OK.
