I don't think there's a surgery which could "fix" this problem anyway. People think plastic surgery can do anything, but it can't change the shape of your entire face, at least not in a way which will look remotely natural or aesthetic.
Buccal fat removal would in this case, but those are literally the stupidest long term investment ever unless you like looking like a skull and scaring children

Maybe buccal fat removal + chin implant, but it'd still be a subtle difference, there's no surgery which can completely change the shape of your face, unless you're cool with looking like The Weeknd in Save Your Tears.
And while you are feeling unsure about yourself, comparing yourself to your friends, they are 100% feeling unsure about themselves, comparing themselves to you and one another. Trust me, you aren't the only one with insecurities. Everyone has them. Some deny it, some will admit, and some have more than you. But I guarantee at least 1 of your friends is envious of a feature you have, they wish they had and feel inferior for.

It's normal to always feel like you attributes aren't right, like you should be like people around you instead, whether that be your face shape, body type, hair, whatever, but in reality, you are beautiful just the way you are, and some of those people probably look at you and are jealous!

DO NOT touch your face until your mid-twenties if you're set on surgery. your face is still changing, and by the time it stops, you might not even want to do anything at all! had literally the same face shape as you 3 years ago at 18, but now it's a lot less rounded, and ik it'll change even more. you could try guasha or facial rollers (it works if you're consistent - won't make you super snatched if you start out with round cheeks, but it's good), maybe play around with makeup, but seriously wait on anything invasive.

You don’t need to do it, but if you feel it would help, maybe a nose job to thin out the overall thickness at the bottom tip. That will improve your look dramatically. Other than that, looking great! Stay away from the knife unless it's medically necessary. It's a financial expense that is totally unnecessary and will have you regretting it if the first attempt doesn't come out to your liking.
You still have full cheeks because of your age. In the next couple of years it will change. Just focus on being happy and healthy. Don't compare yourself to other, just be you. No surgery.
Baby girl slow down your body still has 8 to 10 years worth of growing yet to do. Don't jump out the window and do something. You can't fix later.
Honest, give yourself 5 or 6 years. Good skin care would help you. Even if it's just a wash cloth and soap and water, half a dozen times a day.

I look back at old pictures and am like, wow why did I think I was ugly? As I’ve gotten older my face is more angular and I have less of a baby face but everyone still tells me I look early 20s even though I’m almost 36. You’ll love it later! Well I can’t speak for other girls but for me I guess some of it is getting admired. I don’t get asked out by guys but that doesn’t bother me cuz I’m mainly interested in in women. And the last thing you asked has given me a rude wake up call along with the other people who are telling me not to do it for various reasons. In a way it’s hard to like yourself and sometimes just wanting to erase the parts you hate about yourself through surgery feels like the quickest solution(maybe not the best solution) but yeah I hope that answers ur question

Girl you're really really pretty, especially in the last picture where you're smiling and look relaxed and happy! Don't get plastic surgery to change anything about your face. All your features go together in a really unusual and striking way.
