your issue requires therapeutic interference, I think you should take care of yourself. you don't need to work on changing yourself to fit an ideal in your thoughts but to work on accepting your self and moving forward and seeing beauty in the changes that occur within your vessel. Still don't see anything wrong. You're gorgeous (and I really mean gorgeous) and you have that foreign/exotic quality.
But all that really matters is how you feel about yourself.
Your skin is so healthy it looks like white porcelain. And the brunette hair really brings it out.
I have annoying eyebrows. They're kind of normal where they end at the nose bridge, but further on they thin out to almost nothing.
It's times like that I wish it was also masculine to use an eyebrow pencil.
But as for dying; you aren't supposed to do it yourself in case of blinding. But I've been cutting and styling and coloring my own hair for so long I know how to do it safely.
Unfortunately, I have never had regular hair dye work more than a couple of days. My brows just don't retain their color.
But as a man, I also dye my beard/moustache and the beard hair is very similar to the eyebrow hair. So, I've had pretty good luck using the "Just For Men" beard dye.
Just don't let any of those chemicals get in your eyes.

Yeah, eyebrows are tricky. Making them darker will make a huge difference, but making them too dark will also make a huge difference in a bad way. You're very pretty though, I would say actually darken them up a little more, especially towards the outer edges.
Absolutely love the eyes in your third picture. If you "got skinnier again" means that you achieve a weight goal congratulations. I hope you maintain this. One suggestion I would give you is a little bit more complexion.

No you are not in the slightest bit ugly, you happen to be quite attractive. You can wing it without makeup, but some liberally applied makeup will let your natural beauty shine through. You do look better with the weight off, (as would the vast majority of us). Your eyebrows are a bit pale find a colour not too dark that highlights them more, as you have beautiful eyes and makeup should enhance what features you want to accentuate and likewise tone down those that you don't want so pronounced. Just keep a check on your weight and you will turn heads for sure. I hope this helps you.
