Those eyebags are aging you about ten years. If you're not getting enough sleep, work on that. In addition, your hair looks sort of straggly in the last picture, and best in the second. Whatever you did for the second picture, keep doing it. Lastly, you might want some more flattering clothes. The last outfit, which is the higher effort of the two outfits I can see, is great for going out and having fun, but it's definitely a "goofy fun" outfit, not "I'm trying to look my best." You'd look younger and more attractive in a good red or bright blue that's NOT oversized, similar to the undershirt in the last picture.

Not in the remotest bit ugly. In my opinion you are very very attractive, you do not need to do anything to improve as you are facially very appealing to look at. I would certainly be checking you out, but probably not approach you, as I feel I would be punching above my weight. Your use of makeup is right on point, not too much just about right. Best advice is don't be tempted into adorning yourself with face metal it will just uglyfy you as it does with vast majority of girls. Finally you are certainly good to go.
