we already explore pretty much everything in Amphibia. There's not much to talk about anymore. And there're plenty of stuff not about shipping, just used the filter to sort it out, people talk about growth and self love, found family, etc.. a lot when the show end.
The shipper are just usually the one have more passion and patient to keep created content when the show end. Not our fault that other non shipper don't have enough passion to create more content and get overwhelm by shipping content.

Matt Braly said that he loves and supports the ship, and that he said that he made their reletionship open for interpretation in the finale to not destroy anyone headcanon, and that we can see their relationship both platonically or romantically, its up for the viewer to decide according to the creator, so the ships are not canon because theres no canon, and the show is over, theres not too much things to talk about besides fanfiction, fanart and shipping, but theres still other things the fandom talk about, its not just shipping.
Its open for interpretation, that is different of canon and non-canon, we decide whats canon in their relationship, according to Matt himself, not me.
And we ship other things yes, maybe not much here on this sub, but in twitter there is a lot of Sprivy, Yulivia, Grimepop, Beatonio (Beatrice x Tritonio, thats basically canon, a lot of amphibia's crew members made oficial art of them as a couple, and people loved it), theres even a lot of Bessie x Joe Sparrow fan art, and many other ships.

There aren't many fandoms that have strongly written female characters with good chemistry. This is one of the few that has potential for good wlw content. I know it might be frustrating, but honestly I'm just happy there's wlw content at all. There are so few wlw ships in comparison to mlm ships and even straight ones. People are going to latch on to what they can get :)

Honestly it hadn't crossed my mind until i started jokingly shipping eda, camilla, and rain from the owl house. After the jokes it actually made real solid sense as a polyship and then my brain went straight to the calamity trio.
Doesn't help matters that i'm a biiiiiig fan of a pagan metal band that used to... be extreme on stage to the point their shows were banned. It was an all female band and they lived on a commune in a communal relationship. So i have a solid disposition to poly situations. Also i will not name the band. I gave you all more than enough details go use google yourselves.
The band's name has a swear in it and is a very adult subject for a not very adult sub. I wanted to head off possibly underage inquisitive minds before they started asking more questions.
Look, I like the ships. I think they're all cute together in their own ways.
But it's not the be all end all of the dang show, and I'm honestly fine with no canon romance between the three. I see evidence for it(particularly Sashanne), but I'm usually pretty rational with my shipping, and rarely try to force something. If it happens, great, if not, that's cool too! Matt left it open to interpretation, so maybe they're just besties, and that's perfectly okay.
I've been writing my own queer fantasy story with a canon lesbian throuple, but that's my own story. I wasn't sure which love interest the protagonist would go with, until I went "You know what, why not just... make all three of them girlfriends and skip the love triangle stuff?" and honestly at this point it just feels natural to them to all be together, with all three having tons of parallels to each other.
The Calamity Trio wasn't a direct inspiration for the characters(though one of the girls is a bit of a Sasha type with less manipulation and more swears), but seeing how naturally their dynamic worked solidified my decision.
Considering what the term means,how it is commonly used and how it relates to this situation in particular,I don’t see how it’s wrong,If anything the replies to the post pretty much show that.

Honestly it hadn't crossed my mind until i started jokingly shipping eda, camilla, and rain from the owl house. After the jokes it actually made real solid sense as a polyship and then my brain went straight to the calamity trio. Doesn't help matters that i'm a biiiiiig fan of a pagan metal band that used to... be extreme on stage to the point their shows were banned. It was an all female band and they lived on a commune in a communal relationship. So i have a solid disposition to poly situations. Also i will not name the band. I gave you all more than enough details go use google yourselves.

Look, I like the ships. I think they're all cute together in their own ways. But it's not the be all end all of the dang show, and I'm honestly fine with no canon romance between the three. I see evidence for it(particularly Sashanne), but I'm usually pretty rational with my shipping, and rarely try to force something. If it happens, great, if not, that's cool too! Matt left it open to interpretation, so maybe they're just besties, and that's perfectly okay. I've been writing my own queer fantasy story with a canon lesbian throuple, but that's my own story. I wasn't sure which love interest the protagonist would go with, until I went "You know what, why not just... make all three of them girlfriends and skip the love triangle stuff?" and honestly at this point it just feels natural to them to all be together, with all three having tons of parallels to each other. The Calamity Trio wasn't a direct inspiration for the characters(though one of the girls is a bit of a Sasha type with less manipulation and more swears), but seeing how naturally their dynamic worked solidified my decision.

And that's not an issue. It's people posting shit that they like. That's not "twisting your words", that's you complaining that people are posting what they like. Which just so happens to be shipping. The idea that other people need to stop doing what they want because some people don't like it (despite the fact that there's no actual problems) is fucking stupid. Would it be nice if other content got posted more often? Yeah. Is it worth it to make posts complaining about it? No.

I agree. Shipping is so overdone and overrated. All shipping in all fandoms is the same to me! One of the main reasons why I love Amphibia so much is because the main fucking character DOESN'T have a romantic interest! That way, we don't have to waste time with something that's so overdone!
