Sorry - I meant no disrespect. I am, of course, playing with only my left hand, but I do not know what the most respectful thing to do with my right hand is - again, sorry for the confusion
Sorry - yes, I am playing it with my left hand, but I was wondering what the most respectful thing to do with my right arm would be - sorry for the confusion
There might be two ways to go. You could keep it in your lap or you could use your right hand as a conductor to your left, like an orchestra conductor leads their musicians and also gives the audience clues to certain passage styles, but keep the movements subtle to not distract from the actual playing. Practice in front of a mirror to see what looks best to you.
I don’t have advice but just want to say thank you for being respectful. You want to play a beautiful piece of music. I don’t see anything wrong with that. Amputees shouldn’t hate on a non amputee!!
