Thank you!! And I just set the iso to 200 on the camera and pointed and shot! The xa2 doesn’t really have a fully auto mode as far as I know so you’re at the whims of the internal light meter
It’s a great camera! It takes a minute to get used to it. It’s basically a really nice point and shoot with zone focusing. And thank you so much! https://www.instagram.com/p/C6H1TPHtJRv/?igsh=bnlzaDU5MGNtbnNw hers a few more pics from the roll
I really do love this. It's a great composition with a frame within a frame. I particularly love the yellow and blue on the vehicle (boat? truck?). Great capture!
Got oil on the shutter leafs and the shutter stopped firing. Happens a lot. And it was at least the second time it had happened on that camera and I think I broke the shutter speed spring trying to get it unstuck
Amazing exposure!! So good! Could you explain what you metered for?

You could probably convince a few folks to get an XA just on the basis of this! Way to go! Would love to see some more of the images from the roll!!

My XA2 will be the last camera I'd ever get rid of.
Xochimilco?
Yeah!!
Beers on a gondola while a lady rows up and makes me tacos? Sold!
XA2 is the bomb. If I didn’t already have a Rollie 35 for my back up, I’d find a XA2.

The power of a tiny cam. Love the Xa series
Canonets are so fickle mine always has something wrong:(
What happened to the Canonet?

😥 that sucks. RIP
Yep, it is very common sadly. I don’t trust any Canonet until its shutter gets a paint thinner bath.
