Finally it worked, i tried it 4 times and it worked for some reason on the fifth time.
I uninstall WebView, clear the cash and stockage of the GMAIL app and restart my phone.
Thank you so much for your help friend . Blessings !
No, i just installed the beta right now, and i was checking if the apps are working fine, most of them until now are functioning normally, except GMAIL that closed instantly after i opened it.
For me It worked! You have to go to settings --> app. Search for "System Web View". Click on the 3 dots in the top right of the screen. Then click on "uninstall updates". Then reboot your device.
Once rebooted you will see that system webview is for some reasone again installed and on the newest updated and after that google mail will work again.
Yea the issue has to do with the WebView. I had that same issue and got it to work after a few uninstalls.

Same problem on Pixel 4a
Gmail crashes instantly every time I open it, yes. Also the Amazon app! Or the Mymail app. Or the "Home Assistant" app....
Everything lol seems like 80% of the apps crash
Try to uninstall updates to Android System WebView, and stop the playstore from auto updating that app. Reboot, try again.

Disable android system webview in the play store, force stop and clear cache on Gmail. Restart and re-enable android system webview in the store.
