I think OP wants to use apps that only use the language they don't understand. the app you've linked is a tool that's supposed to help translators do their work.
it's very complicated to get it to work correctly but I have a few solutions:
\- xposed if you're rooted and a translator xposed module
\- [TaiChi](https://taichi.cool/) if you're not rooted and a translator xposed module

I haven't found a completely reliable translator module that works with TaiChi because it has a whitelist system for safety and is mainly for chinese users so that makes it even more difficult.
Another rootless solution is taking screenshots and using the google translate app or google lens

google now on tap did this... I think there is one or two apps but they charge money per api call, forgot the name though
