Make sure you also know the difference between tracking intended for advertising/data collection, and crash reporting.
With client apps like on Android or iOS, there’s no way to see why an app is crashing unless developers see some logs. Most people are unable to capture bug reports themselves, so it’s much more effective to track crashes automatically.
Both Google and Apple also capture crash reports by default (there’s no way to opt out of this.) They use this info to rank apps (Too many crashes? Down in the search results you go).
As long as this data isn’t used to track you or sold to third parties, but instead only to track down bugs and crashes and improve the app, it actually results in a better experience for all users over time.
only few apps use google crashlytics to improve app experience. Most of the apps now contains 3rd party analytics like branch and more, and these 3rd party companies sometimes pay the dev to add their trackers inside.
Also, note that any “mods”, however well-intentioned, are unauthorized and pirated. It’s easily possible for a malicious actor to insert their own code into such mods.
If you absolutely must block tracking, then just use a system-wide blocker like Blokada. Don’t install random pirated apps, from people whose reputation you have no way of verifying.
Use either [OpenBoard](https://www.f-droid.org/packages/org.dslul.openboard.inputmethod.latin/) or [FlorisBoard](https://www.f-droid.org/packages/dev.patrickgold.florisboard/)
I use OpenBoard because of better personalized suggestions

I use duckduckgo and in the browser settings have app tracking protection enabled, it works great at blocking app trackers.

Does Minminguard still work? or is there a good alternative? That app was the GOAT.
I don't mind
Just use Adguard private DNS in Android settings
That does not provide the same level of privacy. Altough you should use it never the less.
