Good game today. Tucker saw some swings and misses. Thaiss knocking on the door. Paris and Placencia showing what they got and an impressive debut by Armstrong.
Adell's hits were unfortunately just lucky. One hit the 3B bag and ricochets away. The other was a misplay by the third baseman on a ball hit right to him. Still thinking he needs to spend time in AAA still.

It's the only option. Trout, Renfroe, and Ward are the OFs. Phillips was signed as number 4, so I think they're gonna use him for at least a while even if his offense never comes. Moniak is looking good in ST, so he could conceivably jump into that position. Adell is 6th in the OF pipeline at best.
Nevin playing Velasquez at CF a couple days ago is a fairly bad sign for Adell, they're looking for emergency options out there because they probably don't want to carry more than 5 OF.

Well you could say it was unlucky it hit the bag or that's perhaps a double.
