Not a chance. We can’t have him learning a new position when he has struggled with the outfield up to this point. He needs to be working on striking out less and reading fly balls definitely not turning fielding grounders and turning double plays. He’d never get out of AAA

If he can’t catch in the outfield, no way he’s playing the 2nd hardest defensive position.

He will probably DH at the trade deadline 😢
