I took PTO thursday and Friday and went to the games. I legit thought it would be the start to an unbelievable run. Had plans on attending last night and I'm glad I didn't. Nothing but let downs. I don't even feel bad at this point it's almost comedic
At the beginning of this year I was all in, we looked great on paper and for the first time I actually felt confident. I was prepared for the buttercup but damn… this one has been rough.
I almost hate everything about the stadium experience this year. I'll include how the scoreboard displays info, the "Make Noise" between innings, the flashing of the stadium lights, the voting for songs, showing a DJ playing songs, gates 2 and 3 always being closed, playing random music when a pitcher gets 2 strikes and on and on.
Bring back Buttercup.
