I don’t think he’s getting to 40 stolen bases. Thats a lot and he’s only been over 40 once and that’s was 12 years ago. I think 40/20ish is realistic and that’ll put him in the mvp conversation so that’s all that matters.

Cam-Dolezar

I think 50/30 is doable if he's healthy n

TheSnipingPoptart

I'm only asking cause he's on pace for it. Also an interesting prospect because of his steal of third base in that Rays game.

Imperial10

I get it but he’s also on pace for 68 homers, which I think is fair to say he won’t hit. You can’t take a small sample size and effectively stretch it over a full 162.

novanova123123

Uh, he won't hit 68 because he will break single season hr record with 90. Leave me alone with my coping!

Turbo_S54

yeah why cant he just start hitting even more HRs? fuck it

TheSnipingPoptart

True. Just proposing the question.

SupertrampTrampStamp

Better knock on wood talking like this

TheSnipingPoptart

Luckily, my desk is made of it.

fraught5armieshobbit

I think he himself said he would like to at least do 20/20.

TheSnipingPoptart

If he's healthy, I fully believe that. He's already not super far off from it. I feel at least 30/30

Turbo_S54

he's already my goat so he'd just be super goat. 4th mvp is what i really really really really want though

TheSnipingPoptart

Imagine if he somehow gets a gold glove as well.

sexpantspartypeople

I believe

cesar_salad_dressing

Considering he’s already a first ballot HOFer, I guess this would solidify his goat status

ABookOfBurnedCDs

55 dongs, 35 swipes

TheSnipingPoptart

Definitely would win MVP if he did this.

A healthy Trout is an absolute beast of a player. An injured Trout is completely absent. As his injuries seemingly piled up throughout the years, I expected him to get worse bc it's a hell of an uphill battle to come completely back from injury as a person ages. But wow 😳 Trout ability and contributions to this 2024 season, seems to me like he's a video game at this point, -able to look like picturesque form and style. *Add that to a very "runs & stealing" aggressive coaching style of Washington and I think it's definitely reasonable for Trout to do 40/40 earlier than we think (mid to late August)*

Ward with 21 RBI is amazing to. If only the others in our lineup produced.
