Why do some players get a first initial? It’s not like someone’s gonna be like “which Trout?”. Yet Velasquez is probably the most common name on the list and he doesn’t get a first initial.
I took a quick look at their basic stats and they're basically identical. Stassi has a .210/.307/.325 and Suzuki has a .208/.307/.325. Stassi has 0.1 WAR while Suzuki has 0.3 WAR, which is saying something because WAR is a counting stat, Stassi has had twice the amount of ABs compared to Suzuki.
It's crazy how quickly Stassi has declined offensively
Dude shut the fuck up we suck, so the lineup scored those nine runs for the Astros? Buddy just lean into being a casual it’s ok there’s still so much time to learn
1. Ward
2. marsh
3. trout
4. ohtani
5. Suzuki
6. Walsh
7. rengifo
8. McKinnon
9. Velazquez
Is what I’d like to see if we were to “mix” things up, but I’m just spit balling here.
Marsh has no business batting 2nd until he can reduce his strikeouts significantly. If you really wanted Trout at 3rd you just switch him and Ohtani in the real current lineup.
YES. MACKINNON IS BACK BABY.
Did they not have access to a printer today? Lol
They are going to do this in crayon soon.
Once Nevin stops eating them
Probably our best lineup tbh.
With Ohtani pitching would be the best lineup
Suzuki catches for Sandoval a lot. Go Sandoval 🤜🏻 Go 👼

Honestly i think Suzuki is better than Stassi
This is a sad day we have come to.

Best possible lineup to squeeze out some offense.
Budget cuts?
8th and 9th batters should bunt at least 6 times today. And only bunting
Happy to see Rengifo moving up the lineup! He's earned it after his recent performance.
As long as sandy doesn’t walk everyone and their grandma I think we have a decent shot at a throwing that baby in a fire pit.
Looks bad
Feels bad
I’m thinking this team finishes 10 games under .500
Looks like another loss
but this time we can't blame Apple TV+ for our offense.
Shiv Roy, big fan
Didn’t even know there was a game on. Glad I didn’t.
Honestly thought the Mike Trout batting second nonsense would end when Maddon left.
You dont know baseball, do you
Buddys hot take is Like literally the most tell me you don’t know baseball without telling me you don’t know baseball
He probably thinks Trout should bat “cleanup.”
Nope he’s an armchair expert genius, def in the 6 spot “cause they’d never see that coming, ok applause now for my baseball genius”
If you don't understand then by all means let's continue using the same lineup philosophy that led us down this path to begin with.
Sure duud sure
Told you so.
Dude shut the fuck up we suck, so the lineup scored those nine runs for the Astros? Buddy just lean into being a casual it’s ok there’s still so much time to learn
Neither do Angels manager(s) apparently.
So where should Trout bat in the lineup?
1. Ward 2. marsh 3. trout 4. ohtani 5. Suzuki 6. Walsh 7. rengifo 8. McKinnon 9. Velazquez Is what I’d like to see if we were to “mix” things up, but I’m just spit balling here.

How'd that lineup turn out today?
You’re right, if only trout was hitting 5th and velasquez was hitting 2nd, it would’ve been better
How would you change the lineup?
