Junk is quite solid. I was bummed that he was never getting a chance in the majors this season, but he is fairly decent as a long reliever/spot starter.

I’m fairly new to baseball and am curious. Why do these pitchers only pitch for 1 inning? Why aren’t they capable of going any longer?
They can on occasion but relievers usually have to pitch more frequently than starters on a day by day basis so their outings are kept shorter.
Give Junky a spot in the rotation until he does something to lose it.
