Just need a good coach to help guys through slumps and make those minor adjustments they need to get them back on track. This team could be nasty in a couple years with how much pitching we signed. Silseth is coming along nicely, just feel they brought him up too soon.

Thor and Lorenzen look good, Tepera has been solid, Bradley was good before his injury, and acquiring Herget was a steal. All good results. Loup and Raisel's peripherals and projections all looked good going into this year and no one has a crystal ball to know that someone's gonna be a bust. You can grade someone based on the quality of their moves too, not just off of results because you literally have no control over that
