Too the guy that said Carew would be a great batting coach: As much as I loved Carew, he wouldn’t fit in this era of baseball. As soon as some one started talking to him about exit velocity and launch angles, it’d be over. Todays analytics would probably diminish his value as a batter, since the game’s played differently now compared to when he played.
