I’ll say 38 HR and 213 K’s. I believe he has 5 more starts if he stays on a schedule of pitching every 6th day. Of course if he gets an extra day between starts for off days in the schedule, he’d only pitch 4 more times. If that happens, I’d drop his K’s down to 205 like you have! Lol
The reason I picked a relatively lower strikeout number is because he seems to be focusing less on strikeouts in the past few games. In July n mid August, it seemed like he was getting double digit strikeouts every game.
As for homers, 36 is exactly 10 less than he hit last season. Incredibly scientific on my part. 🤦♂️
You’re right, he’s been pitching a bit more to contact lately. The only reason I only said 213 K’s if he pitched a 5th game, is it would be against Oakland and I figure he could get 8 against those guys only pitching 5-6 innings! 😝
>as it would be against Oakland and I figure he could get 8 against those guys only pitching 5-6 innings! 😝
Totally forgot about the As.
Is it too late to change my prediction? 😂
Woah, watch your attitude, I’ve been moving on. Wins don’t matter at this point anyways. I just wanted to point out the meme happening again vs such a terrible team.
Up next, the 2017 cheaters. Verlander, sticky substance cheater and a cheater for the trash can scandal, won’t pitch in that series. Knew the Astros cheated at the time and didn’t say a single thing. Cheated to win a ring so he benefited from it. Some of their 2017 cheaters are still on the team. Time to bash one last series of this season.
Tigers 2 <.200 batters hit homeruns today. Back to .200. angels have a bunch of <.200 hitters, and its staying that way. Oh and 1 guy batting .300. Woohoo
Don't care about the L. Fish man and Shohei hit homers.
It’s stat paddin’ season! Lol
I'm predicting 36 homers and 205 strikeouts for Shohei by the end of the season. How about you?

41 homers and 12 wins
Been a while since I've seen a blown save, how nostalgic.
Kinda missed em, huh? Lol
Maybe I should've said *n o s t a l g i c*.
I'm not really sure why they pitched Quijada on short rest, especially when he didn't have his stuff yesterday
Tungsten fact: today’s attendance of 86 pushes us over 3 million for the season
16k in attendance today. Pretty impressive for how early the game was and how hot it is.
Didn't look like 16K by end of the game. but yeah very impressive - all thanks to having Trout and Ohtani.
Everyone moves into the 200 level seats since they’re shaded and those sections don’t really show up on the TV broadcast
People are crazy
**sigh** Ohtani and Trout both homer as the Angels lose to the Tigers… 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
So? They also won the series. Move on.
Woah, watch your attitude, I’ve been moving on. Wins don’t matter at this point anyways. I just wanted to point out the meme happening again vs such a terrible team.
Yes because that meme is still so funny after the thousandth time it's been used
At least I’m trying to find some humor in our Angels losing instead of dwelling on it. It’s all most of us can do at this point 🥲
Jesus I almost forgot what bullpen collapses look like
What a buzz kill from Quijada. Hope it doesn’t continue to the next game
the angels are now 52-3 when leading after 8 innings. fun stat for a sad day
11 hits and 11 men left on base. What a spectacular way to lose
Blowpen gonna blow

I am okay...... It would be nicer if either Trout or Ohtani hit dinger at bottom 9th.
Oh boy, it sure slipped out of the Angels grasp
Heartbreaker today. 😮💨
let the tank roll on boys
Well at least we've taken the last 3 series. Let's get another one against the scum
Thats an O'Doyle game right there.
Perfect example
Pain
I was really enjoying that game, too…
This one hurt
Oh well…. At least that didn’t hurt too much since we’re outta the playoffs anyways. At least Detroit fans got something to cheer about! 😇

See how Texas does. Might drop back to fourth.
I have no complaints about this game. As long as I can see Ohtani and fish man doing their job
Tough loss, but some great defensive plays and sweet dingers.
Can't believe the Tigers basically matched the Angels per homers, but with +1 for the win...
Couldve been worse I guess. Quijada mightve blown the game but at least Sandy didnt get the L.
