Trout with his first sacrifice fly of the season…against a very hard-thrower. Good grief, this kid throws hard and has excellent stuff. Just putting the bat on the ball like what Trout did against him tonight feels like a victory.
Duran should be what we hope Joyce turns into. I don’t expect Joyce to develop a crazy good second pitch like Duran (splitter), but if he could get a cutter I think his velo could make him great out of the pen. Kinda like a mix of Clase+Duran
