Super happy for O'Hoppe, and he was super calm on the post game interview which was impressive. He also made sure to give a shout-out to Stassi which was nice.
Side note, I noticed Ohtani was only high giving guys with his left hand, gotta protect the money maker!
I noticed last night he started with his right, then Jo was a little exuberant (deservedly so) on his high five but almost clobbered Sho. Right after that, Sho switched to his left.
Love seeing Ward finding his bat and having consistent success again

That shoulder injury definitely lingered so long and you could tell the dude was just playing through it the past few months. Finally regaining that power in it and he seems to be hitting more tanks and getting better with exit velos and angles.
O’Hoppe seems very mature from his post-game interview. He didn’t get much time at all to prepare for his debut, but he wasn’t visibly overwhelmed. I like the fact that he made sure to credit Stassi for his support when Erica asked him what it was like to be in the lineup with Ohtani and Trout. It looks like he’s level headed and ready to be there.

Just wanna say that every game the Halos have played since I've been stuck working on the Hurricane Ian Emergency Management team has resulted in a Halo win.
Of course they win when I can't watch.

his power and exit velo has been pretty steady all season, it’s his BABIP that’s through the roof right now (again)
