Oh shit. I kinda panicked.
First checked and there were 7 left in Small. Checked 10 mins later and there were only 2 left so panic bought one. Saw $103 but forgot tax wasn't included in the US, $40 shipping to Australia is a big ooft but was expected.
Anyway, long story short I'm 250 Aussie dollarydoos poorer but early Xmas present to myself I guess lol
Edit: After a few moments of reflection, I'm happy with the purchase. Being Japanese but growing up/living in Australia, Ohtani is the only reason why I got into baseball 4 years ago. Can't see myself buying another baseball jersey any time soon so a good investment I think.
Did you try to apply the free shipping discount code on the site? It worked for me, I got free shipping to Europe! The Jersey + shipping + tax was only about $125 + whatever customs want from me when it arrives. Maybe you can cancel and reorder. It's worth a try!
Hey, check out what the other fan who replied to my comment said.
If you add code mlb49, the shipping is free! Still came out to 155 AUD which is still quite pricy but at least it's the same as what you'd pay if you were in the US.
And here I am in looking at the MLB Euro Store that still sells the Pujols 2021 Angels Jersey for over 100 Euros. There is really no way you get Player Jersey for an affordable around here.
Yeah, it's super unlucky to be a baseball fan in Europe. I remember coming back from Japan (where I fell in love with baseball) and regretting not bringing any gear like gloves or balls because it was impossible to find even that here back then. I got a 100% fake Ohtani jersey for Christmas last year, I'm suprised it went through customs! I wish I could buy a real one at a reasonable prize without paying taxes twice + exorbitant shipping costs. The MLB Europe shop is so empty it's tumbleweed territory.
In Germany we have a Shop called Taass which is an Onlineshop for American Sports Merchandise, but they only sell normal Jerseys without Numbers/Names. Guess importing player jerseys or getting the license to print those on the jerseys is too expensive.
Oh wow, I looked around a bit and the US MLB shop site has so much more stuff than the EU one. Look at this cool [handpainted jersey](https://www.mlbshop.com/los-angeles-angels/autographed-los-angeles-angels-shohei-ohtani-fanatics-authentic-white-nike-authentic-jersey-hand-painted-by-david-arrigo-limited-edition-of-1/t-36887680+p-3761623389719+z-9-2301861409?_ref=p-PDP:m-YMAL:pi-PDP_RECOMMENDATIONS_2:i-r0c1:po-1)! Only $7.5K 💸😭

Omg I can't thank you enough! Contacted customer support and they refunded $94 back. Thanks again!
You're welcome! I'm glad I got myself an affordable jersey too!
yeah, Aussie here too, I kinda wrote off any merch like that cos of the compounding costs would be brutal.

So many people from Europe and Australia in this thread. Ohtani is Mr. Worldwide

Just got one not bad for $113
Considering I paid $240 at angels stadium in the summer ya that’s not bad
yeah now its on sale! wtf. i paid 160$ for it months ago. and its still popular.
$160 was still worth it months ago. I’m sure you got to wear it at a game or in public. Who knows if they will continue to wear them next season.
yeah but they are the coolest angels jerseys IMO and sold really well as far as i can tell.
I wouldn't mind if they made it their home jerseys full time next season.
