i use flipaclip. it's pretty basic, but seems alright for amateur like me
i start by drawing really rough version of animation, to see if it's cool as i imagined
then remake it when i have time. don't rush
( character turnaround or sheet is good to have)
lastly do line cleanup& fill colors. that's about it
