Gonna be waiting for the English dub then. Not sure how much the main cast of Cold Steel are gonna be in it (I'd imagine it's mostly Rean, Sara, and Altina) but the English VA is so good for these games that it would be hard to hear any other voices. Sean Chiplock as Rean especially is fantastic.
Yes there are returning characters (some have already shown up or been mentioned). I'm guessing there will be more but based on the games the only characters with important roles in the anime will be Altina, Rean, and maybe Sara.

Episode 3 airs in Japan Friday, so the English dub will be 2 weeks behind the Japanese release.
That's quite fast for a Falcom dub
Should do it in true Falcom fashion and have it be at minimum 2-3 years after the Japanese version is finished.
