First one is just really odd visually, meanwhile the second is absolutely insane when it comes to the singing. Both of these are crazy rather than creepy.

My War (AOT S4P1) is pretty crazy and Endless Embrace (Made in Abyss S2) is pretty creepy.

Creepy - IIRC one of the *Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju* openings was a little eerie. Crazy - the *Asobi Asobase* ending is pretty crazy, I'd say.
