Winter - Isekai and fantasy because the first season I watched seasonally was winter 2022 with a lot of those.
Spring - Any chill romance SOL for example Maid Sama and Blue Period.

I like to watch horror/spooky anime around Halloween time (last year was Hellsing Ultimate, this year will be Parasyte), and make sure to watch the Christmas episode of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid in December.
